Discover our charming 2-bedroom apartment nestled in the Hillsboro-Belmont area, just moments from Music Row and Hillsboro Village. Remodeled from a historic space above a former laundry mat, rumored to be where Dolly Parton met her husband (unconfirmed). Stroll to nearby bars, restaurants, and a convenient Kroger across the street. Inquire about arranging a private performance by a Nashville recording artist!

Our 2 bed 1 bath layout is as follows.

From the back of the building parking area you will go up the set of stairs and stay to the right of the building where you will find your private entrance.

Once you enter the door you will go up one more flight of stairs to the top floor that now has you in teh apartment.

Now you will have a nice size living area, kitchen and bath with shower along with 2 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements below:

2nd Bedroom
2 Queen size bets

Living room
Queen size pull out sofa

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are local but not on site. We are available 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb message or phone call/text.

**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!

***PLEASE NOTE, we only provide a starter set of any amenities.
This includes but is not limited to:
2-toilet paper rolls
2-rolls of paper towels
1-cleaning sponge
1-travel size bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K-cups or small bag of coffee grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
