- Gå 15 minuter till Music City Circuit stopp vid Bicentennial Park (gratis busstransfer från 6:00 till 6:00 utom söndagar)
- Ta en 30 minuters promenad (min favorit! Längs vägen bläddra Farmers Market, sedan kassan Bicentennial park, ta sedan kapital steg upp till Statlig huvudstadbyggnad (kolla in utsikten!), Sedan vidare till War Memorial Plaza och din downtown! Bara en kort promenad ner Church St till nöjesdistriktet, och du måste gå ut på gångbron över Cumberland River bara för vyn över Nashville !!
- Ta en $ 6 Lyft eller Uber ride (Näst bästa val !!)
- Mindre än två mil enhet (men parkering kostar you..especially på upptagen helger)

Amazing home

Excellent & quick communication by owner, easy check in & out. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping & downtown. House is adorable, beds are comfortable and outdoor area is so relaxing! Would definitely rent again!!

Nashville rental

Cute and comfortable home with private back yard. This was perfect for our stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Having 2 bedroom and bath combos was great! Also an extra half bath downstairs. We appreciated all the extras like coffee pods, laundry supplies and toiletries. Those are hard things to pack in a suitcase. We had a great time.

Excellent!

We, party of two couples, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautifully appointed and exactly as described.The outside space was lovely and we appreciated the hot tub after a busy day sightseeing. Highly recommend the walking route to Broadway that Rick suggests as there are so many sights to appreciate along the way. It takes your mind off the distance and before you know it, you've arrived at your destination! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, Rick.

Home away from home

This house was a pleasant surprise -n very clean and well organized for guests. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely private garden. We would consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

Mother Son Trip

This sweet house was perfectly set up for together and alone time during our mom/son Christmas trip. It was also nice to be close to everything, yet out of the chaos of the busy city. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again!

First time in Nashville

First time in Nashville, so we wanted to stay somewhere that was conveniently located to the downtown area. This house was perfect for that! Place was comfortable and clean, and was a great size for the 4 of us. We had a great week!

Worth checking out - NICE

Property was as described and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Close enough to many Nashville attractions and of course Broadway Street. Also enjoyed a short day trip to historic Franklin TN shops and area. Property owner was very responsive and made check in and checkout process easy.

Third times a charm!

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Richards properties and as usual, it did not disappoint. Came for a concert at the Ryman, which was awesome, and the home was such a comfortable place to come back to on a chilly, rainy night. Always well appointed with everything you need. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Both homes are so well located anything is a inexpensive cab or Uber ride to downtown. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Home Base

This house was a perfect home base for our family while visiting Nashville. Easy access to downtown with a short Lyft and a quiet neighborhood to return to. The house was very comfortable and relaxing.

Great Home

Very clean home with lots of amenities. Perfect for 2 couples since each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our favorite spot was the backyard. So relaxing and very nice. Will stay again when we come back.

Nashville get away

Had a great time catching up with friends and staying in this lovely house. There was a slight hiccup at check in but our host was very responsive and got us squared away immediately. Really clean house, comfortable beds with plenty of space to spread out and labeled light switches to boot. The house is in a nice area of town too. Would definitely stay again.

I will do my best to provide a great place to stay while you are in Nashville! I am a single Dad with 2 great kids off to college! I built this home last year and love living near downtown Nashville. I am an avid walker and most weeks put in 15 to 20 miles just walking from my home to the Historical Germantown area, Bicentennial Mall State Park, Farmers Market, State Capital, Legislative Plaza, TPAC, then on to Lower Broad, 2nd Ave, and Riverfront park where all the honky tonks are located! That total distance is just a little over 2 miles each way.

I was in the USAF and Tennessee Air Guard for 13 years where i was a navigator on C-130's. After my military life i became a General Contractor and started my own business. After being in the country for so long i decided to try the city life. I bought a vacant lot in this historical overlay district and loved it. I do love this neighborhood.

I also love to hike the mountains! I have summed 3 12,000 foot peaks in the Rockies and last summer my son and I summed 14,254 foot Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. I must admit - it kicked my ass ... but wow!... what a view! Leaves no doubt there is a God! I also love to kayak and travel. But the best times are with the kids. We love to play strategy board games..Settlers of Catan, Acquire, and Cashflow. I love Axis and Allies, but its hard to get them to play that! I also play in a Texas holdem Poker League...for points...not for cash!

This is a new house I designed and built. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths! The big plus is that its only about $6 Uber fare to the downtown entertainment district! There is a separately rented studio behind the house with it's own parking and entry behind the 6 ft. privacy fence. If you need extra room this may also be available.

New Home just completed in May 2011 - 2 Bedrooms full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 2rd floor with whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two covered porches! Living room has 55 in TV and Google Streaming Channels

Come and go as you please. Beautiful new house is just 4 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville.
