Holden Our Flip Flops heated pool, putting green and short walk to beach
Welcome to Holden Our Flip Flops! This beautifully decorated home will feel like your home away from home. The home was built in 2022 and brand new to the rental market this spring/summer 2024. Spend time lounging at the pool with plenty of fun to be had for all! Enjoy some putting time around the green or cornhole or even better enjoy both! You can sip your morning coffee or evening beverage on the front porch watching boats go by across the street on the intercoastal waterway. On the back porch watch the skies for several different varieties of ocean birds while they fly and fish in the protected marsh area.
The house is about 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access. Walking time from driveway to beach access is 9 minutes. If you rent a golf cart it's about a 2 minute drive.
When not lounging at the beach or by the pool you can enjoy a game night in or stream your favorite show or movie on one of the 4 tvs. When you're ready to head out and explore Holden Beach you can look for the "Holden Golden" mailboxes. There are 3, East End, West End and Sailfish Park (this is nearest the house). There is also the Holden Beach Pavilion and Fishing Pier where you can check out the summer concert series! This is next to the park with swings, slides, small kid water splash, basketball, tennis and of course Pickleball.
We are a Sunday - Sunday rental.

CLEAN and PUT AWAY all dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc
Pull the sheets from the beds (EXCLUDING THE TOP BUNKS) and place them in the laundry room
Bathroom linens are provided through a linen company. For Departure please return all bath towels (1 towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth per person) to the bag and place the bag on the back porch
All kitchen towels and bedding are owned by us and washed in house. Please do not put any bedding or kitchen towels in the bag.

Born and raised in NC I love the east coast. When my family and I are enjoying our time in Holden we spend most days on the beach riding waves and looking for shells and shark teeth.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love this street because it's so quiet. Our kids can ride their bikes and we can go for walks and enjoy the intracoastal views.
