PĂ„ Holden Beach Island

VÄrt hem Àr 3 BR / 2B strand stuga som ligger ett kvarter frÄn stranden. TillgÄng till stranden Àr privat tillgÄng, som endast anvÀnds av mina hem i vÄrt omrÄde. Stranden Àr aldrig trÄngt, Àven under helgdagar. VÄrt hem Àr 4 / 10th av en mil frÄn alla de viktigaste restaurangerna, en basketplan och offentliga parkeringsfaciliteter. Vi har queen sÀngar i tvÄ sovrum och det tredje sovrummet har en full storlek futon med en dubbel bunk kombination. Detta hus har nyligen mÄlats inifrÄn och ut. Det finns ett stort omrÄde under huset som Àr tillgÀngligt för utomhusaktiviteter. Det finns ett stort picknickbord för din anvÀndning. Vardagsrummet och alla rum har Roku-TV, med trÄdlöst internet och kabel-TV. Det finns tre verandor, tvÄ pÄ baksidan pÄ en pÄ framsidan alla med utsikt över vattnet.

Family Beach Getaway

So cozy

A perfect place for my mom and myself to have a girls' getaway. Clean, accessible, with a nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were ready for sleeping with sheets already made, plenty of towels in the bathroom vanities. Walkway to the oceanfront is close and leads to a very nice area that even at high tide has plenty of beach to set up on. Close to the causeway makes store access a "breeze" ha ha. Excellent host as well! Already booked again for September. FYI this is a very quiet neighborhood with several full time residents close by. Not suitable for a rowdy crowd.

Awesome Beach Rental

The property owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property is a very short walking distance from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we return to Holden Beach.

Very nice property!

The ONLY issue I had was with the booking itself. I thought I was reserving the place for two nights and, as it turned out, I only got it for one night. The vrbo booking process wasn't exactly clear, but my fault for sure. Otherwise, the place was great, and Marsha was very responsive.

Great Holden Beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a comfortable and convenient house for small groups looking to enjoy Holden Beach. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the sound, the proximity to restaurants and shops, and the super quick walk to the beach via private access. The outdoor shower is incredible. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and appliances, and we appreciated the clean gas grill with a full propane tank. We hope to be back!

We purchased this property because we love Holden Beach. We have been coming here for over 15 years and love it so much!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The space underneath the house is awesome. There is a big picnic table and another smaller table down there. It is the perfect space to hang out at night. Even in the summer months there is always a breeze under the house.

We love putting our beach chairs out and sitting and visiting and just enjoying each other and our family.
