Kitchen w/beautiful stone counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, wine cooler. double convection oven with built in air fryer. Great room has collapsible La Cantina glass wall which opens onto a deck with fireplace and table for outdoor dining, then on to grassy area with additional, couch w/firepit table in back yard w/trickling unobtrusive fountain to add to the serenity. Pool with linear waterfall feature and jacuzzi
House equipped with built-in fire sprinklers in every room, fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
Great room combined with kitchen has open communal area w/big screen TV, large comfy down-filled couch perfect for movie night, Living room has large mosaic marble-faced fireplace. Dining room w/Large glass dining table. Mattresses are new. Bedrooms are equipped with beds listed, as well as upgraded linens. Everything clean and fresh. Bicycles on property. Farmers Market on Sunday mornings with local organics. Walking distance to award-winning restaurants, Brentwood Country Mart, Downtown Brentwood. Brentwood Golf course and Riviera Golf course close by. Biking path to the beach on San Vicente Blvd. Close to UCLA, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Hollywood.

You can easily get away without having a car, as their is easy access to public transportation from this location, as well as a 5 minute walk to WholeFoods, CVS, Banking, massages, nails. Of course, there is always Uber, Lyft etc.

No large parties. There is a lovely enclosed grass backyard. If you are looking for a lovely, clean place to stay with air tubs in 3 bathrooms, marble/stone clad showers and counters, with a phenomenal kitchen and all the amenities, this is it!
