Great place, stressful to check in.

Our third time at Trump Las Vegas, we love the rooms and peacefulness of the Hotel. First time using VRBO to stay there and we had issues getting info on how we were to check in. The day before checking in the Trump still did not have our names listed and our host did a lousy job of communicating at this point. We did not know if we really had a room until after 8am on the day we checked in. Part of it was that the host had our name spelled wrong on the reservation. Last we heard from the host was that we were sent a copy of check in instructions and she got a copy. Well, we didn't get them and let her know this but she never forwarded. The lack of communication had me wondering if we were scammed. Note that most all hotels at this point were completely full for the weekend, we were looking for back up options that in the end we did not need. It worked out and again we really liked staying there again.
