Welcome to "A Perfect Ten"âa beautiful three-story home thoughtfully crafted for todayâs lifestyle. The first level offers two inviting bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, creating a comfortable and private space for family members or visiting guests. On the second floor, youâll find an elegant open-concept design, featuring a contemporary kitchen with sleek appliances and a stylish living areaâperfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a quiet evening in.
The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, offering a peaceful retreat with a luxurious en suite bathâan ideal space to unwind after a long day. This home blends elegance and practicality, providing an atmosphere that is both welcoming and refined.
Residents also enjoy access to a sparkling community pool, a wonderful spot for both relaxation and connecting with neighbors. With its thoughtful layout, upscale finishes, and desirable amenities, "A Perfect Ten" truly lives up to its name.
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds, 3 Twin Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#10) and one to the overflow parking lot.
-The Community Pool is open April 1 and closes October 31st
