Välkommen till "En bättre båt"!

Nybyggd och klar i november 2018. 3 våningar, 3 sovrum, 3 1/2 bad stadsbostad ligger i vackra Atlantic Beach, NC. Fantastisk läge mittemot stranden med en lätt 3/4 minuters promenad. Nära till akvarium, båt bryggor, fiske brygga, restauranger, barer, Fort Macon State Park. Gemensam pool ligger bekvämt precis utanför bakdörren. Nära till Morehead City, Beaufort och hela Crystal Coast har att erbjuda. Parkering ligger precis utanför dörren.

Denna vackert inredda stadsbostad har 3 sovrum (2 master sviter med king size-sängar) och 1 sovrum med enkelsängar. Alla 3 sovrum har eget badrum. Båda sovrummen har balkong, perfekt för att titta på solnedgången med en cocktail i handen. Drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet kan sova ytterligare 2 personer om det behövs.

Köket är fullt lagrat för matlagning och inkluderar en Keurig kaffebryggare, mixer och brödrost. Sovrummen är komplett med högkvalitativa sängkläder och plyschhybridminneskummadrasser. Alla pappersprodukter, soptäckor och handdukar finns. Framdörren har ett bekvämt kodat lås - inga bekymmer om förlorade nycklar.

Radhus är utrustad med höghastighets Wi-Fi och kabel i familjerum. Sovrums-TV-apparater är SmartTvs, perfekt för att komma åt dina Netlix, YouTube, Amazon Prime-konton. Familjerum och tredje våningen sovrummet har en Amazon Echo och kommer att spela musik på din förfrågan. Det finns gott om brädspel för hela familjen att njuta av.

Köket är välfyllt och innehåller en Keurig kaffebryggare och en traditionell kruka. Också utrustad med Ninja mixer, brödrost och elektrisk vinöppnare.

Observera: Detta är en 3 vånings enhet, inte utrustad med en hiss. Det kan inte vara lämpligt för små barn eller äldre som har problem med trappor. Vi älskar den integritet som varje nivå ger, men vi vill se till att alla våra gäster har den roligaste upplevelsen. Dessutom är vårt komplex under uppbyggnad. Vi är i slutet av processen, men vill återigen se till att våra gäster är medvetna om att det kan uppstå byggnadstrafik / buller under din vistelse.

Wonderful Stay at Atlantic Beach

Loved this condo. Very nice, very clean, and 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom made it very nice for our group. Also, short walk to the beach, and close proximity to great restaurants, fishing, and the whole beach experience. The host is wonderful also and super responsive to any needs and will help in any way.

Love!!

Absolutely love Ivy's home. We have stayed at this complex in a different unit before and definitely prefer Ivy's location. The proximity to the pool and beach access is almost unbeatable. The interior of her home is clean, smells great, and has plenty of kitchen/bathroom supplies. Highly recommend!

Very clean rental

This is a very well-maintained rental, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The decor is lovely. Pool was open in early October and warm enough for the children to enjoy. A nice location for accessing Atlantic, EI, Morehead City, and Beaufort. We would stay here again.

We had a great time. The place was very clean and comfy. The pool was just crowded every day but that’s to be expected the week of July 4th. Short, easy walk to beach.

This condo is perfect! Has absolutely everything you need and is beautifully decorated. Just steps to the pool and an easy walk to the beach! The owner, Ivy, is an excellent communicator! We hope to stay here again!

Always a great choice

We have stayed in this unit multiple times now and also in a couple of other units in this complex. We keep coming back to A Better Boat. I love that it's right by the entrance to the pool and close to the crosswalk to the beach. Ivy is a great host!

Great Family Time

The condo was extremely clean with stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. All decor was up to date - beautiful fixtures. Everything worked perfectly. Loved the kitchen counters, all the attention to details, and storage organizers. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

We frequent the area and the complex. First time staying in this unit and everything was great. Only small complaint was that the wall anchors holding the curtain rods above the sliding back doors are coming out of the wall so we had to be very careful when opening and closing the curtains. Overall great place and responsive hosts.

Amazing Per Usual!

This was our second stay at A Better Boat and hopefully won’t be our last! The house is beautiful, clean, full of extra things you may have forgotten at home, has a great view of the pool, and just steps from the beach! The owner, Ivy, is very communicative and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back next year!
