We’re very sorry that certain issues impacted your stay. We always strive for a five-star experience and did our best to respond promptly and thoroughly throughout—including offering complimentary laundry service while the dryer was being repaired (resolved during your stay), expediting pest control despite high demand following heavy rains, and addressing the utility room scent that’s normal for homes with oil-burning boilers. We understand that traveling with little ones comes with added expectations, and we certainly empathize with your concerns. Our maintenance team, linen department, and pest control partners worked hard to address everything as quickly and professionally as possible. While the home was fully functional and safe, we recognize that certain inconveniences—even when handled quickly—can still affect overall comfort. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve, especially in the busy summer months when Cape Cod homes (and their mechanical systems) are working overtime. We're grateful you highlighted our responsiveness, and we’re continuing to work with our service partners to prevent future issues.
