This modern 2 bedroom condo can accommodate up to 7 people and is located minutes from the ski slopes of Mont-Tremblant, right beside Le Giant Golf Course. Take advantage of the property through every season by being centrally located to local restaurants, activities, and hiking trails!

*The Verbier Pavilion pool is closed for the season. All other amenities (hot tubs, sauna, gym) are available year-round*

The Space
The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for you to enjoy après-ski. The kitchen is outfitted with all new modern appliances, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals.

The primary bedroom features a king bed complete with a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features two bunk beds (1 double bed and 3 single beds). There are 2 full bathrooms with 2 showers and 1 tub.

Indulge in the luxury of conveniences such as high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a private balcony with the perfect backdrop. Positioned in a prime location, this condo grants you entry to the amenities of The Verbier Pavilion - pool (seasonal), hot tub, sauna, firepit, and gym included. Guests have easy access to ski lifts, hiking trails, boutique shops and dining options along with the FREE shuttle from the Verbier Complex to the Ski resort.

La Propriété
Le salon est meublé de fauteuils confortables et d'une cheminée à gaz pour profiter de l'après-ski. La cuisine est équipée de tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine modernes pour vous permettre de préparer des repas maison.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains complète. La chambre 2 dispose de deux lits superposés (1 lit double et 3 lits simples). Il y a 2 salles de bains complètes avec 2 douches et 1 baignoire.

Profitez des commodités telles que le Wi-Fi à haute vitesse, les télévisions à écran plat et un balcon privé avec une vue imprenable. Bénéficiant d'un emplacement de choix, ce condo vous permet d'accéder aux services offerts du Pavillon Verbier : piscine (saisonnière), bain à remous, sauna, foyer et salle de remise en forme. Les clients ont un accès facile aux remontées mécaniques, aux sentiers de randonnée, aux boutiques et aux restaurants, ainsi qu'à la navette GRATUITE entre le complexe de Verbier et la station de ski.

CITQ# 317439
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Excellent place to stay great value

The condo was perfect for what we needed and needs. The added value of the hot tub and sauna bonus after skiing.. plenty of parking and I recommend you just stay here with the ability to be able to cook and watch movies, etc. was outstanding for our four day adventure really a very nice property. Thanks to the owners who went out of their way to stock everything.

Wonderful Property and Great Value!

The property was exactly as advertised—spacious and ultra-modern. It was conveniently close to the mountain and village. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for meal prep. Communication with the property management was immediate. Overall, a fantastic stay!

March Break at Mont Tremblant

We have been visiting the area for a few years and this is our new favourite place to stay. The huge storage closet for ski gear, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen were great. The complex also has additional amenities like: free shuttle to Mont Tremblant, the spa (with a gym, hot tubs and sauna) and hiking trails in the surrounding forest. Communication with the host was also very quick and helpful. I highly recommend!

Semaine de Relâche 2025

Superbe condo bien aménagé à proximité du centre de village. Très propre au-delà des attentes. Expérience des bains extérieurs et sauna en plein hiver.Seulement prévoir un peu plus de serviettes et de produits nettoyants, ce qui peut être utile avec un grand groupe pour garder le tout propre. Nous y retournerons assurément!
