Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on Lake Morton. This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The lakefront location offers the best views and is the home of Lakeland's iconic swans. You'll enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of Downtown, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The Morton house is steps from the library, coffee house, and the Polk Museum of Art.
â Master Bedroom + Bonus Room
The centerpiece of the bedroom is a lavish king size bed adorned with soft luxury linens that promise a restful night's sleep. Big screen smart TV and a Walk-in-closet perfect for extended stays. The Bonus room attached has a twin size bed with twin trundle.
â Master Bathroom:
Prepare to be pampered in the stunning bathroom featuring a spacious shower + tub combo.
â Second Bedroom:
Two cozy queen beds as well as one full bath.
â Dedicated Workspace:
For those days when work calls, a dedicated well lite workspace awaits. with gorgeous views of the lake.

Relaxation takes center stage in the living room. Sink into the plush leather sofa that beckons you to unwind. A big-screen smart TV stands ready for your entertainment needs.

Our Dining room seats 6 with two more seats at the kitchen bar.

Whether you're whipping up a meal from scratch or reheating leftovers, you'll find all the tools you need. And for coffee enthusiasts, Keurig combo with Drip Coffee Maker. Coffee syrups, creamer, and a variety of coffee for your choosing. A kettle ensures you can prepare tea with ease.

While you'll have access to almost ALL of our delightful space, our garage space is not accessible as well as a locked owners closet for supplies.

â Early check-in/late check-out: We'll do our best to grant special requests, but we canât always make it work. Contact your host!
â Discounts: Want to extend your stay? We offer discounts for stays a week or longer.
â Pet Policy: Furry friends, we love you, but we can't have you here! Absolutely NO PETS or ESA animals. Violating this will result in a $500 Fine.
â Laundry: Traveling light or staying awhile? We have a set of washers and dryers and we provide laundry soap too!
