Welcome to Kittery West. This lovely generational family home is available for your next vacation. Available for long-term 30+ day reservations only. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space between neighbors, trees and mountain views. If you are looking for a place to write, work, and relax, this is the perfect home for a relaxing mountain getaway. Kittery West is a quiet paradise that feels remote yet is near the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and businesses on the west end of Moraine Avenue. You will truly Get Away from it all and enjoy the Colorado mountain experience. Step into this ranch style one level home and hang up your gear in the entry foyer. Off of the foyer is a peaceful screened porch available for you to enjoy in summer and fall. The screened porch offers a lovely seating area, and an open air setting with 2 rollaway twin beds available for extra naps. Enter into the comfortable kitchen with new appliances, and everything you need to create home cooked meals. Just bring the groceries. The living area off of the kitchen has a wood burning fireplace, TV and a small dining table for meals or work, or game play. Stream your favorite movies or TV apps on the SmartTV. Off of the living room you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a King bed, and the other has a Queen bed. There is a Queen sleep sofa in the living area if you need extra room to spread out. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Kittery West also welcomes guests to bring one dog. Extra pet fee applies. Of course we expect Fido or Fluffy's owner to pick up the yard, and be responsible for any damage done to the property by the dog. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
