Enjoy a lake day from the neighborhood private dock and boat launch, just a 7 min. walk away from our fully renovated 4 bed / 3 bath home in one of Michigan's best summer destinations, Traverse City!
We think you'll love the coziness of a quiet neighborhood + proximity to all Traverse City had to offer:
- Long Lake - <5 Min Walk
- Downtown TC - 10 min. drive
- Local Wineries - 15-20 min drive away
- Sleeping Bear Dunes - 35 min. drive
This home is a great space for four couples, a group of friends, or two families to get away and enjoy everything northern MI has to offer!
The open concept on our main floor makes for a great space to hang out, enjoy lake views, and relax. A fully stocked kitchen allows for ease of cooking or grilling out on the deck
You'll love hanging out in the basement, watching movies on the large, over-sized couch, or playing games, including a new full-sized shuffle board table.
Four bedrooms
-- Master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, tv in room, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
-- Main floor guest room is spacious with a queen-sized bed and adjoining bathroom.
-- Third bedroom is found in the basement and is equipped with a full-sized bed.
-- Fourth bedroom has a great twin over full bunk bed which makes it perfect for either kiddos or a couple.
Guests will have access to our entire home, other than one owner's closet in the basement.
Other things to note
The neighborhood has many private residences, we ask that you are respectful of noise levels and full-time Long Lake residents, keeping noise down after dark.

My wife and I currently live in Denver full time but were born in Traverse City and frequent there every summer to visit family and friends. We call TC our second home, and love every moment we have to visit the lakes and all the surrounding beauty that Traverse City has to offer. We are a very active and outdoorsy family and enjoy spending our time being outside and exploring nature.

Long Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Michigan. We love this area for the quick access to the lake, the peace and quiet on Long Lake peninsula and the close proximity to downtown TC and surrounding areas. This truly is a great base camp for a perfect weekend up north.

Our property sits in a quiet neighborhood with close access to a neighborhood park and shared private dock access and swim area. Our house was designed to offer peace and tranquility while only being a short drive to downtown, offering the best of both worlds for a perfect vacation stay.
