Rummet ligger i hjärtat av Amsterdam mittemot Jordaan-området. Centrum ligger runt, men huset ligger fortfarande i ett lugnt område. Dräkten vetter mot gården som du kan komma in från ditt rum. Rummet är mysigt, tyst och knäppt. Höjd är 1. 85 mtr under 17: e centen. balkar. Du har egen ingång, så du är fri att gå in och ut. Gratis Wifi / Internet. Privat souna-bad och toalett med skjutdörr. Ett pentry med ditt privata kylskåp en spisspis och mikrovågsugn. Vi har också en liten båt "som terrass" där du kan sitta på om solen är ute. För uthyrning har vi en 2 personer kanot. I trädgården kan du koppla av eller röka.

Dam Square 5 min promenad, Ann Frank House och Jordaan 2 min. promenad och 10 min promenad till Leidseplein torget. Museerna är en kort promenad bort, liksom Vondelpark, blomstermarknaden och Waterlooplein. Det finns många kollektivtrafiklinjer dugg i 4 min promenad. Kvarteret har många bra restauranger, barer, kaféer, kaféer, livsmedel, bagare och butiker. Av sen bokning möjlig. Ytterligare: med mig kan du också hyra en camperbus efter din vistelse här för att utforska Nederländerna. Fråga efter möjligheterna.

WONDERFUL!

Let’s start with the host, Anne Marie. She was simply fantastic. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is situated in a perfect location, central to most of the attractions. It’s brilliantly quirky with tons of character. I dare you to try and find a place at this price that has a nice sized kitchen, laundry facilities, plenty of space, your own private garden and a PRIVATE SAUNA. Good luck trying to find that!The garden was hands down my favorite. With high walls and tons of plants it was like a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you want a cookie cutter room look elsewhere because this place is all character.

A wonderful stay at this Bohemian historic spot. Access to the boat on the canal was special and made this choice ideal. The basement location is certainly quirky but gives a real feel of old Amsterdam.

Appartamento in posizione ottima, vicino ai maggiori punti d'interesse. Comunicazione con l'host efficace, Anne Marie molto gentile nel darci indicazioni sui mezzi per arrivare all'appartamento e nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste.Appartamento seminterrato molto particolare ma con tutti i confort necessari; cucina privata e bagno privato in camera. Anche un piccolo cortile interno privato accessibile dalla camera molto comodo. Tutto molto carino, esattamente come le foto che vedete, quindi non si hanno brutte sorprese.Tutto molto comodo e particolare, unica pecca il bagno che non lascia molta privacy ma per il resto veramente tutto perfetto e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.Si ha a disposizione addirittura una barca ormeggiata dove fare colazione o rilassarsi quando si vuole! Consiglio questo alloggio sicuramente!! Grazie Anne Marie!!

This property is very unique, and could be amazing with some declutterring, dusting, deep cleaning, garden cleanup, and air purification. The plumbing is funky, the ceilings are low, and you can hear every move of the tenants upstairs. We cut our stay in half, as it was very odiferous. That said, the location is great if you’re up for the adventure. The boat was a nice touch, and Anne Marie is very nice. She was accommodating with early check-in/bag storage.

An amazing place to stay full of character. Everything was perfect. Our hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Staying here really made our trip. Never thought we would have been lucky enough to stay in such a property. I also had the best sleep in a very long time. Although the house is pretty central, no street noise came into the bedroom. The house has everything you need it really feels like home. Our hosts also were kind enough to let us have use of their boat which was the cherry on top. We had 2 relaxing evenings just watching the world go by. I cant express how much i am looking forward to booking again. Thank you so very much Anne & Ruth for having us stay.

Great Stay

Anne Marie was an excellent host, she had lots of great tips on where to check out in the neighbourhood. Amazing location, super quiet despite being so central. The boat terrace was a unique perk that I really enjoyed. The place itself is as-advertised in the photos, the only caveat to keep in mind is that the ceilings are quite low.

Super Lage mit Boot als Terrasse

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Besonderes Highlight ist das Boot, dass wir als Gäste als Terrasse auf der Prinsengracht zu eigenen Verfügung hatten. Wir haben dort gerne den Tag ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank an Anna Marie, die auf meine vielen Fragen immer schnell reagiert hat.

Wonderful Amsterdam

Loved the location of this property. Quirky but lots of space and the outlook of garden is lovely. The use of the boat is a great bonus. Anne Marie was very helpful & answered all our questions. We would stay again & highly recommend especially for location - a magical visit to Amsterdam.

If you're into the following for your vacation this is the place for you:This apartment is in a basementThe ceiling height is less than 6ftYou have to pump water to flush the toiletThe hosts will inform you that food needs to be kept in a special container so "nature" doesn't come inThis is an active workshop when not being rented, there will be smells of varnishSmoking is allowed in the unit The hosts are very non communicative towards concerns and will actively downplay anything you may bring up. They know the problems the unit has and will actively use those issues against you as a reference to why they don't have any responsibility for the properties condition. Exercise caution when agreeing to rent this unit. You will receive zero support from the owners of the property in trying to rectify any issues.

Spring in Amsterdam

quick trip to see a band. Amazing location for anywhere in Amsterdam. small garden and boat on canal make for a nice break with a glass of wine. Apt as described... quirky but that is exactly what I was looking for.

Anne Marie Borsboom threw herselff as quirky adolescent already on the making cartoons consisting of four, five photos. Someone said: you should go filming. And so it came to pass. After the Film Academy, she went to work as Camerawoman and Director. Her new film BOI, Song of a wanderer and Homesick plus Carnival were broadcasted.
Anne Marie tries to stir her films to be more than the main theme suggests.

At times her visual poetry and eye for composition are the best in photography and they have traded the 24 frames per second for a single muted image with a strong expressiveness. But then again there makes them look prefer a series of. There are – how could it be otherwise – playful references in to film and the Visual Arts.
