Located on a riverfront lot in Palmetto Bluff's Moreland Village, this exquisite, newly-built home, named The River Cottage, plus private guesthouse aptly named 'The Boathouse', sleeps a total of 8 guests. With a layout that has been meticulously designed to allow guests to gather and enjoy time with family and friends in a variety of indoor and outdoor living spaces, plus a private pool, multiple screened porches, and fire pit set among the pines.
As you enter The River Cottage an open main living space with dramatic beamed ceilings, a chef's kitchen highlighted by an incredible, 8-burner La Cornue range, oversized island that seats 4, separate dining table that seats 6, and abundant, comfortable furnishings surrounding the fireplace and Smart, flatscreen TV. Conveniently located off the kitchen you'll find a butler's pantry equipped with a separate freezer, microwave oven, ice-maker, coffee service and stack washer/dryer. The main floor of The River Cottage includes the sumptuous primary suite, with KING bed, lush bedding, exquisite spa-like bathroom with walk-in steam shower, custom closet with built-ins, and french doors that step out to the pool and rear patio. In the upstairs loft, you will find luxurious sleeping quarters tucked under the eaves, appointed with a KING bed, luxury linens, separate seating area, Smart, flatscreen TV and elegant, private bath.

The Boathouse, with a a design evocative of a traditional New England style boat house, features rustic-meets-elegant, nautical-inspired details combined with stylish, comfortable interiors. The Boathouse includes a well-appointed kitchen with gas range and counter seating. The first floor living space offers a cozy spot to curl up in front of the rusted stove fireplace after the sun goes down. The second level sleeping quarters include a fun, nautically designed ship's bunk with TWIN beds for the kids, plus a stateroom-inspired primary room with KING bed. This level includes a shared, full bath and doors that step out to a balcony for enjoying a cup of coffee and sunrise views of the river. The screened porch entry offers a comfortable spot to sit and relax. You won't believe all of the fun that awaits in The Boathouse game room hidden behind double garage doors. With foosball, arcade games, Smart, flatscreen TV, comfortable seating and bean bag chairs, it's undeniable that you will find all the kids gathered here.

The River Cottage & The Boathouse enjoy a great location in Moreland Village on a riverfront lot. You're just a short walk or bike ride from the Canteen eatery, The Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, the Moreland fire-pit and the walking & biking trails that wind along picturesque tidal creeks. You'll enjoy the easy access to nearby Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, but The River Cottage is located just 4 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around the fire pit at The River House. Exploring all that is offered in Palmetto Bluff is a breeze and you can bike the extensive trail system that connects to the popular amenities around the resort. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival. Black out dates apply.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

• Bicycle and golf cart rentals.
