Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Club.

You'll find yourself drawn to the oversized screened porch with vaulted ceiling, outdoor fireplace, Smart flat-screen TV and access to the pool. Comfortably furnished, with dining table & chairs that seat 10 GUESTS this is the perfect space for spending leisurely days creating poolside libations, relaxing at dusk for happy hour, or gathering on game day.

The first floor features a den with cleverly hidden FULL Murphy bed, with easy access to full bath next door. On this level you'll find the exquisite, sumptuous primary suite appointed with a KING bed. This luxe sanctuary features a dramatic vaulted ceiling, accordion wall of windows that opens to provide seamless access to the pool and patio, plus a stunning ensuite bath with oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub framed by incredible views of breathtaking lowcountry. Walk up the custom finished stairs to the second level. Here you're greeted by a comfortable loft area with seating and SMART flat screen TV where the kids are guaranteed to gather for puzzles, board games or watching a movie. At the end of the day, the kids can settle into the second floor bunk room with sleeping for four in custom-built, FULL bed over QUEEN bed bunks, and a private ensuite bath. Ensuring that all the guests are equally pampered, the second level includes 2 additional guest bedrooms each with KING beds and their own private ensuite bathrooms, each with double vanities and walk-in shower.

In addition to the main house, you will enjoy access to the separate living quarters in the CARRIAGE HOUSE. This cozy space offers an ultra-private getaway just above the garage and features a stylish living area complete with a pair of matching sofas, plus compact kitchenette, KING bed appointed in luxury linens, and a spa-like ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.
