Relax at this 3bed/2bath home with pool. 6 min drive to Downtown/Old Sacramento, 10 mins to UC Davis medical Center and 15 mins to the airport! Newly furnished with top quality amenities. The state street neighborhood in which the property is located is quiet and friendly. Perfect for small group trips or traveling professionals looking for a wonderful and peaceful living experience during your travel.

I am excited to share my home with you! It has a perfect balance of work and play. It is located in a quiet, safe and charming neighborhood while being central to all major attractions in the Sacramento area.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! I have a zero tolerance policy for parties or additional guests beyond the max guest count of 6 people. If you intend to have a party please find another property. There are exterior video cameras on the property as well as noise level monitoring equipment. If you have a party or exceed the guest count i will know and you will be required to leave the property immediately. There are no video cameras inside the home.
The master bedroom is equipped with a standing desk with dual monitors, mouse, keyboard, and dock station for anyone needing a space to comfortably work on their trip. The home is equipped with high speed fiber internet.
Each bedroom has Nectar mattresses with Luxome Bamboo sheets which may just be the most comfortable bed sheets you'll ever sleep in!
Relax next to the pool In the back yard oasis, or enjoy a refreshing dip when the weather is nice.
Sink into the luxuriously comfortable couch in the living room and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the large 75â smart TV.
Nespresso coffee and tea are provided, and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices for your use.
Guests will have access to the entire home, Except for the garage (for owner's storage).
The top unit above the garage also operates as a rental and may be occupied by other travelers. The top, 1 bed 1 bath, unit has a separate entrance and does not have access to the pool.
Guest access:
The code for the digital door lock will be provided for easy access prior to your arrival as well as a welcome book guide with more details about the property, recommended dining, and other activities in the area. Plenty of parking is always available on the street next to the house. No parking permit required.
