The air conditioner did not work after it was confirmed (2) days on property. The basement floor was wet and musty not conducive for doing laundry. The dishwasher leaked and owner did replace the day after being notified. The lighting in back porch was poor and brought to the attention of owner and was treated as not being interested in correcting the same less than iapproach was taken when mentioning the lighting around the pool deck and our concerns about safety.All the windows on the property could not be opened to let air in to cool the property that was registering between 84-89 degrees. The owner was approached about providing (3) fans to help in the bedrooms and living but refused saying ânoâ to a discount for completing our stay with the assistance of the fans providing some relief. The early evening after (3) days on the property when it was determined that the AC repair couldnât be replaced in time for completion of rental a full refund was offered if checked out by 12:00 but a later email changed it to 10:00am. The property was occupied for 35% of time as originally booked for not in proportion of refund that was processed.I would like to request a full refund because the property description was not accurate and furthermore the ownerâs rep ) was very curt towards my wife andownewas dismissive and disinterested in listening to our concerns. Furthermore the expectation of packing up and relocating to receivce the full refund was not reasnable!
