Awesome place

Everything was perfect for our trip. View from balconies great and short walk to the best pool complex on the island. Owner responds to inquiries immediately. Well stocked with all we needed. Very clean! Highly recommended.

Been to the Big Island many times and usually stay in a hotel on the island. Found this property a great option, a lot of room, good location and had everything we would want from a location.

Beautiful view

We loved staying at this beautiful, well equipped home. It’s our second time in this neighborhood and it’s our favorite in the Waikoloa area. Great communication before and during our stay, we’ll be back!

Oasis in the lava

This condo and resort area has everything that you would want or need on a vacation. The condo itself was spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated! The owner was great with communications and recommendations. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit.

Fishing and golf

Came in with a couple of buddies for fishing and golf. Host was great on answering questions quickly. Condo was very clean, and comfortable. We golfed in the resort. Fishing was out of the Honokohau Harbor, about 30 minutes away. Had a great time. Will stay here again, for sure!

Dream vacation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. From the moment we reserved the unit, until the very end of our visit, the experience was seamless. Thank you for the helpful suggestions for activities/sightseeing, etc and for being responsive with additional questions. The property and location were perfect for our needs. Hali’i Kai 16G

We loved our stay at this wonderful unit. Their are direct views of the ocean, golf course and the gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The two lanais were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you would need. The restaurant & bar at the pool is a nice touch. Perfect for a working couple to up to six people.

Family Vacation

The condo was well laid out to accommodate all six, when my daughters walked in the door they replied with how beautiful! A perfect way to start their vacation. Everything you need for the beach in the garage, thank you. Most down time was spent there at the pool when not zip lining by the waterfalls. Thank you!

Paradise

The property was lovely. Stairs are required for front door entry. Master is upstairs. BEAUTIFUL ocean and golf course view! The home had every cooking utensil and water toy we needed! Close enough to groceries, shopping and restaurants.

We were delighted with all that your property had to offer! Our lanai time was amazing for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets! The condo was all It promised it would be in the photos and reviews! It was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and linens very nice! Location on the island was excellent! Restaurants in the area were awesome! Shopping was very convenient! Location to the pool was perfect! Loved the poolside grill, music and happy hour! Can’t go wrong with this property! Pure bliss!

My family of four spent a few nights here at the end of our trip to the Big Island. This place is well stocked with everything you need (for the kitchen or the beach), comfortable, and clean. The views are even better in person, especially from the master lanai. I could have spent all day at the pool watching the whales off shore, this was the perfect place to be for sightings. The location is also excellent with it's proximity to shops, restaurants, and amazing beaches. Communication from Richard was great, he sent a sample itinerary when we first booked, and checked in upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back!

PERFECT

Everything about our stay was incredible! We had everything we needed for Hawaii fun from boogie boards to beach towels to chairs and sunscreen. The 3 rooms were very spacious with 3 beautiful full baths total, one being attached to the master suite. The lani’s on the first and second floors overlooked the golf course and ocean crashing on the shore. The location was perfect, right near the Hilton resort, king and queen shops, and a short drive to many beautiful beaches. Amenities were great, pool was not too crowded and had great food and drinks. Richard was very prompt responding to any messages and checked in throughout the week. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!!!

Perfect location - Great views - Comfortable home away from home

Our family of 5 adults and 16 month old grandson spent 10 glorious days at this beautiful paradise away from home. Traveling with a toddler we had a lot of questions prior to our trip and Richard was extremely responsive and helpful. His team responded immediately when we discovered the infant pack 'n play was missing from our rental and brought us one quickly. The views and close proximity to the pool are 2 of the property highlights. This specific unit has 1 of the best views of the entire complex. With our binoculars we were able to see whales frolicking in the ocean. The master bedroom deck provides a glorious morning coffee retreat overlooking the golf course and ocean. We would definetly stay here again. If you are looking to have a family getaway on the Island of Hawaii, we highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay at Hali'i Kai!

Had a wonderful two weeks staying in 16G. The condo was clean, well-appointed and in a terrific location with beautiful views. Richard was an outstanding host. The check-in communication was thorough and timely. He followed up with me during our stay a couple of times to ensure that all was going well with our stay. Highly recommended!

Great experience from booking to check-out. Unit was clean, stocked, centrally located to all areas of the island. Pool restaurant has a great menu selection and friendly staff. The unit owner was fabulous to work with. Our family loved every minute.

Vacation

Our stay in Waikoloa was wonderful. Communication with the owner was timely and friendly. The setting of the condo was perfect… watching whales from the porch a highlight. The pool and restaurant were conveniently located and we spent several evenings there. I hope to visit the Big Island again! Starting in this same location would be ideal.
