Great spot to take the family and get away. Location is excellent. Beach not far away at all. Grocery store and a good restaurant spots all extremely close. Chance to rent the golf cart is a fantastic option. Kids loved it and the hosts were great. We hope to go back next year.

We had the most amazing peaceful few days at this house. The large windows and deck off the back of the house were wonderful and relaxing. To have a quiet inviting space to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings was incredible. Having a pool right outside was magical after a day at the beach and shopping. We had a marvelous time!As a host, Lisa went above and beyond to make sure ALL of the details were clearly communicated ahead of time, so there were no surprises about the house at check-in, which was really easy and convenient. She was readily available for questions or information from the time I booked until I checked out. Lisa is a GREAT host and the home was beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone!

This is perfect for a family of four plus a grandparent or other close third wheel type person. Maybe even a family of six as well. The location within the gated community was perfect as it was situated at the south end toward the secondary club entrance. This made it very easy to sneak out for beach days and dinner nearby. We loved having access to the golf cart and the daily rate for it is competitive. The pool and outdoor shower are a welcome treat after a long day in the sand to relax before continuing onto your evening plans. The home is a great setup for a family getaway where no agenda is the agenda. A place to un wind and re connect with family away from the pressures of day to day life. The house was clean, orderly and just a pleasant place to be. I would stay here again in the future.

Great pet and big kid friendly house on a quiet neighborhood street. We appreciated the primary bedroom king bed being very soft and comfy (we feel like rentals often have hard beds). The home was overall clean on arrival. The kitchen had adequate supplies for cooking. There were plenty of games and puzzles for rainy afternoons. The pool space was great and felt private. Easy walking distance to the south community pool/ tennis/pickle courts as well as a beach store, candy store, coffee shop, and couple of restaurants. Love the beach shuttle that can pick you up close by and drop you off right back at the house! The hosts were very responsive and took care of a couple of minor things within a reasonable amount of time. Note: There was an additional 125 pet fee not listed when we booked.

Could have been better…

Our stay was nice enough and we always enjoy our time in this special part of the world. It was nice to have a pool. However this home while it was comfortable enough was not very clean at all. At the very least it needs a serious deep clean. The towels were dingy and stained. Every table and surface was sticky and some even had food crumbs. Most of the dishes we had to wash first because they were dirty. The floors were sticky. The walls and trim are filthy. The curtains were stained and tattered. The interior flooring and stairs were poorly installed specifically the stairs and you can see how they were cut wrong and the lip of the stairs are a tripping hazard. Forget grilling, the grill was disgusting and rusted. We did not use the dishwasher since it looked filthy and smelled. The outside of the home looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. Bugs were so dense in the outdoor lights that you can barely see the light. The decks and exterior walls are caked in dead bugs. All of this was so disappointing and made it hard to relax. We made do and enjoyed activities outside. But I was very surprised at the state of this place especially considering that the neighborhood is upscale and the management company has “luxury” in their title. Definitely not luxurious. I hope management will do better but we won’t rent from them again.
