The Beech House ligger i en super familjevänlig stadsdel intill Sea Scape Golfbana mitt i det expansiva Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve. Detta område är en sällsynthet på Bodie Island kraftigt trädbevuxen del med super bekväm tillgång till stranden, shopping och cykel & vandringsleder.
Boområdet har storbilds-TV med surroundljud samt en karaokemaskin. Fritidsrummet har en storskärms-TV / VCR / DVD och biljardbord. 2 Queen Bunks och en futon ger extra sovutrymme.
Köket är ett välutrustat, medan vardagsrummet och matsalen är både vackra och funktionella. Förutom storskärms-TV / VCR / DVD har vardagsrummet Surround Sound som också sträcker sig till en skärmad veranda där en volymkontroll finns.
Det finns också massor av spel, böcker, DVD- och videobandspelningsfilmer tillgängliga för din njutning, liksom vissa leksaker för små barn: Kontrollera det anpassade porslinskåpet och insidan av ottomanen.
Det stora sovrummet har "tråd" -anslutning till WiFi-nätverk, TV / DVD / videobandspelare, massivt Master Bath och en utvändig ingång / utgång till en privat täckt veranda med trappåtkomst till poolområdet och baksidan av hemmet.
Gästens sovrum är endast sovrum med utsikt över poolen och har en gungstol, men ingen TV.
De två pyramidvåningssalen har vardera TV med / inbyggd DVD-spelare och har en dubbelstor bottenvåning, enkelstor övre våningssäng och en enkelstorad bänk nedan.

Utomhus kul: Poolområdet har högtalare till Surround Sound som kan slås på, med volymkontroll, från det visade verandområdet, så att musik / ljud kan avnjutas såväl för "utomhus" ljud som "inomhus" ljud . Det finns ganska många solstolar och ett par poolflöten. Förutom poolen finns en skärmad veranda, utomhusdusch och badtunna. Strandmaterial och trädgårdsspel hålls också i garaget för din användning: Volleyboll, hästskor, basket och krocket. Strandparaplyet kan användas under korta perioder (på grund av vind / väder) med uteplatsbordet som har mitthål för paraplyinsättning.

Spring Break stay in NC

Our family of four and small dog stayed here for a short Spring Break trip. The house, located in a residential community, was very clean, organized, spacious and well-maintained. It was easy to check in and out and communications with the owners was excellent. We were able to ask questions about the house and get tips on touring the area. We especially liked the pool area, screened porch and hot tub. Thank you to Craig and Judy!

This VRBO was one of the best we have rented! The home is very large with open space on the main floor. It was a short drive to the beach and close to many attractions.

Great rental for large groups

I often struggle finding a place that is truly big enough for my ever growing family. This place did not disappoint. With 8 adults we could have fit several more comfortably. The host were so gracious and very communitive. I would gladly stay there again.

Great amenities!

We lived the size of the home, with our teens getting their own hangout space with pool table, fun built in bunk beds, and TV. Other bedrooms and baths were spacious along with a great room for everyone to gather. I loved the pool and pool furniture plus hot tub. I would come back with my extended family as well!The area was beautiful to walk or bike around.

Spacious for family

Great location at the beginning of the strip. Cross over the main road to get to the beach. Very spacious home to spread out. Loved the dual fryer machines. The main attraction was the pool and hot tub. Garage could be cleaned a little better but not a deal breaker. Overall a great stay.

2024 Obx stay

My husband and I were looking for a place for one last big vacation with our close friends before our baby comes. I am so happy I found this rental. Host was very friendly and even allowed us to enter property earlier than check in time. Property had plenty of space for us all (3 couples and one stand alone friend) to hang out together and still feel like we had our own place to relax. It's not right up on the beach, but that's something we really enjoyed. We got to be at the beach, but also had privacy of our own little pool and hot tub for the week. Our friend utilized the bikes for some short distance shopping. Had a few times where frogs tried to follow us inside, but that only made for some funny memories. Highly recommend 👌

Family vacation

The host was amazing, the weather was perfect, nice peaceful neighborhood great pool and hot tub , so many amenities to many to list but if you need it for a beach vacation it’s there ,great kitchen love the stove and the kitchen faucet wanted to bring them home !! Great central location we will be back !!

Fabulous All Around

House was just as described, clean, and in good condition. Quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to the beach and all the entertainment of the Outer Banks. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The owners were responsive and super friendly. 15 out of 10 would recommend!

We didn’t want to leave!

Everything was perfect! The pool was our favorite place. Communication was fast and easy. They even treated us to an early check-in and welcomed our service dog. The house has a very pleasant vibe, the neighborhood is quiet, and the kitchen has everything you’ll ever need! Including an air fryer! Huge plus for us. We will be back.

Wonderful time!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at the beach house. Nice quiet house and neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked with so many things. I literally packed way too much more than what I needed, everything you can think of is provided in the house except for your own clothes and food. The pool and hottub were so refreshing. There is even plenty of pool and beach supplies. My girls cried when we left! We cant wait to come back again!

Much needed week at the beach

We had a fantastic time! Great communication with property manager and owner! Amazing space for our group. We loved that it was a little away from the beach so it was quiet, and we were surrounded by nature. Had a fun little tree frog keep us company by the outside shower, and my boys loves it! 100% recommendif you are looking for a calm vacation. Close to stores and restaurants, we were able to walk to the best burger and best bagel in kitty hawk!

Exactly what we wanted

We were a group of 4 adults and 7 grandkids for a beach vacation in Kittyhawk and this house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone, all of the amenities we needed, and the pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. We were close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our summer trip.

Family Reunion/ High School Graduation

We had a wonderful time reconnecting with our families from Texas, Minnesota, Virginia and here on the Outer Banks. The location was perfect- away from the headache of beach/tourist traffic, but close enough to get to the beach without a lot of hassle. We loved the pool, hot tub and bicycles. The neighborhood and adjacent timeshare property was lovely for walks and bike rides. Check in was super easy, and communication from the owners was timely!

Girl's Weekend Getaway

Five female adults spent a long weekend at this amazing property to decompress and enjoy the quiet. This was the perfectly equipped house for everyone's personality. There was ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own quiet time as well as perfect gathering locations in the home for all of us to come together. We would definitely come back again. The Beech Hiuse

A nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered. Pool and hot tub were refreshing. Its location puts you close to all attractions but away from all traffic and noise. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Sea Scape community offers easy access to EVERYTHING yet remains protected from storm systems coming from either the Atlantic Ocean (under 1 mile), or the Albemarle Sound (> 3 miles). The mainland is a short jaunt for access to the water park, and less-costly shopping and entertainment.
Kitty Hawk is a very family-oriented beach town with easy access to lots of fun things to do (surfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, biking, etc.), and interesting things to see (wild horses, lighthouses, bird watching, coastal woods and waterways, etc.).
Our friend/neighbor owns Corolla Jeep Adventures and the Wahoo charter fishing (as featured on 1st season of Wicked Tuna: North v. South). NOTE: Discounts may be available upon request.
The Beechwoods Resort is adjacent to the neighborhood which connects to miles of bike and walking trails through Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve, and offers short-term gym membership.
Avalon Pier offers bath house option just several miles south.
