Upplev sydvästliga bo på sitt bästa i vårt vackra hem beläget i ett lugnt kvarter bekvämt till Santa Fe historiska torg, Santa Fe Ski Basin och Santa Fe Opera. Detta charmiga och unika hus med 4 sovrum och 3 badrum är ditt hem hemifrån. Det finns ett sovrum med eget badrum, ett rum med dubbelsäng som delar ett anslutande bad med ett annat rum med två enkelsängar. Det sista sovrummet innehåller en fullstor säng med ett komplett badrum tvärs över hallen. Ett fullt utrustat kök gränsar till matsalen som leder ut till en rymlig trädgård där du kan smutta på morgonkaffe eller titta på en av Santa Fe berömda solnedgångar. Vardagsrummet är mysigt och bekvämt med en vedeldad spis, en 43-tums platt-tv, Blue Ray-DVD-spelare, dvr och original i sydvästra delar. Denna hyra är perfekt för en stor familj eller för par som kan njuta av en av husets mest unika egenskaper: ett övervåningsrum / kontorsrum. Detta tillägg byggdes av de ursprungliga ägarna och kommer med stora fönster som släpper in den vackra Santa Fe-solen. Great group house!

Two couples and three singles enjoyed this spacious house with wonderful areas to stretch out, hang out and use as a home base to explore Sante Fe. Jerome was super responsive and friendly! We specifically loved the kitchen table fireplace and back patio. Did I mention the three bathrooms? Game changer right there!

Met all our needs

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had their own bathroom which was awesome, and there was an unused room with twin beds. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough. Jerome was very responsive when we had problems with the washer/dryer and other minor needs. No dishwasher, but we managed fine with handwashing. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Location was excellent. Close to interstate, downtown and within riding distance of a great mountain biking area (La Tierra). We stayed 2 weeks and loved it!

Ideal Santa Fe Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming New Mexico-style home in March! The weather was absolutely beautiful, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be to use the backyard even more when the weather is at its best.The home was incredibly comfortable, with great amenities like a washer/dryer and a cozy fireplace that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was spotless and offered plenty of space—perfect for spending time together as a family while also having room to spread out when needed.The location was fantastic—close to grocery shopping, plenty of great restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Santa Fe for all the sightseeing. A pleasant surprise was discovering the nearby military cemetery, which we had never seen before—it was a meaningful and unexpected experience. The authentic Southwestern style of the home added to the experience, making it feel even more special.On top of that, we accidentally left a few things behind, and the host was kind enough to send them back without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Good group house

We loved this house. It is being transformed from a relative's house into a short term rental. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable and the redone bathrooms are great! The garden on the back, front and side are lovely and the back patio gave us a peaceful place to sit for breakfast and dinner. Our communication with th owner was great!

Fabulous house in Santa Fe

This house was spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Our group of 7 friends enjoyed our stay there and have absolutely no concerns about the property. The outdoor space is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped and efficient. The location was ideal for visiting the Plaza and other attractions around town. There was a nice walk on sidewalks up to a nearby park.

We had a sister's reunion in Sante Fe. The weather turned snowy and cold so we had a fire every night with the fire wood and kindling so generously left for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great Family Property

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the stay at this property in Santa Fe. It was close to everything and had enough space for all of us, inside and out. We felt like we lived in Santa Fe for a few days, it was great and we look forward to coming back.

The kitchen needs a dishwasher. Other than that, everything was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely linens and showers. Lovely outdoor space. Well situated for touring. The owner was most accommodating.

Wonderful accommodations!

This was a wonderful home! The location was very accessible to the Plaza area and other sites in Old Santa Fe. The owner was very good to check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very inviting! Beds were comfortable. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms as well as a loft area. We highly recommend this home for all travelers to Santa Fe!

Our Stay for the Balloon Festival!

We chose this location for our trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. Floors are super creaky so it's hard to walk quietly after others have gone to bed. A few of the doors stick really bad. The big chefs knives are extremely dull, but we just used smaller ones for cutting vegetables. A few of the kitchen chairs feel like they're falling apart when you sit in them. Most of the windows in the house do not open. Other than those minor issues, the overall stay was really great! House is conveniently located just a few miles from the highway, and there's a grocery store less than a mile away. Really nice backyard area for hanging out. Beds are comfortable! There ARE a steep set of stairs leading to an upstairs area, but there is a door that separates that area from the main living area that can be closed and locked (for those with small children). Jerome, the owner, is really great with communication....before, during, and after the stay! I would definitely recommend!

Perfect accomodations

Spent 5 days in this Santa Fe property on an old girlfriends trip and it was just as described. The owners took meticulous care in stocking the home with everything you need and it was clean. Wait until you try the towels!!! All the linens seemed new and top notch. Lovely patio are in the back.
