ï No loud noise after 10pm. Please be respectful of other neighbors.
ï No smoking, including vapes, in the units.
ï Turn off lights and AC/Heater before leaving.
ï No parties or unregistered guests.
ï To lock the door, press and hold any button until door locks.
ï No parking in the driveway or on the property.
ï Close the outdoor umbrella when not in use.
ï After using the BBQ grill outside, please clean the grates and surrounding areas. Also, please make sure to shut-off the propane tank.
