Family trip to Disney/Universal

We enjoyed staying at this property during our trip. It was a good distance from the theme parks and close to many stores and restaurants. The resort/pool area was very nice.

It was ok.

Needs to be updated. Ant and roach issue. Emailed property management about it and they said they would send someone out to exterminate. Didn’t help while we were there. Stove partial worked. We ended up leaving a day early. Was a nice area. Close to Disney parks. Nice pool and staff were very nice.

The Levangie’s

The house was perfect to accommodate 8 of us. 3 full bathrooms and a power room was great to have with the number of people we had. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids and they enjoyed the play area. All of the appliances worked well. Would return again if in this area.

Great place

Want to start by saying Angie was so helpful beyond just the rental! Great service!! The rental was clean and overall very nice, loved the layout of the place and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything. We had a short stay so only got to use the pool area one night, but my Grandkids loved it! Nice place would stay again!!

good space but not well stocked

Apartment had lots of space. Pool was fun. Biggest beef is that they didn't stock bathrooms with soap or have extra garbage bags or toilet paper and such.

Great Resort

We recently just stayed here for 7 nights. Last year we stayed here also, just at a different condo. The resort is wonderful for families. The pools are nicely heated. The pool area has lots to do to keep everyone happy. Beware the poolside bar and arcade are pricey, but a nice extra! Location is great. The Publix is within walking distance and a added bonus for all your needs. This partial Condo was just okay. It is too far of a walk to the pool so we had to drive every time. Last year our condo was within walking distance. This condo needs a good deep cleaning, pillows are very flat and old, mattresses are new and very nice! The owner was very accommodating and responsive. All in all we do love Regal Palms and would recommend to all families because of the great price and location.

You will not get this unit

We paid to stay in this unit, but it's not the one we were given. Actually, I found out later that this unit is not even available for rent. The unit we were given was nice, but not nearly as nice as this one. There wasn't a balcony and the TV's are older. The decor was just like many of the standard Regal Palms units. We've stayed at Regal Palms many times because we love the pool. Definitely consider staying in the complex, but be advised that you cannot rent the unit pictured. As for pictures in advance.

Great condo for a large family or multi family

We definitely enjoyed the condo. This was our 4th time staying at Regal Palms and our frist time in this condo. We love the pool at Regal Palms - top notch! And the close proximity to Publix and MANY restaurants (american, chinese, Cuban, Japanese, italian, irish, English, thai...just to name a few!) We also love the 15 min drive to Disney World. The condo itself was very clean- the queen and king rooms are very spacious. The twin rooms were a little cramped, but they were for children who didnt mind anyway. We made use of the kitchen as well- preparing daily breakfast before hitting the theme parks. The water pressure in the showers is AMAZING and we appriciated the hand soaps that were provided. If we had one complaint- it would be that all of the mattresses needed updating. They were all very thin and worn- but we also understand that is a major expense for a rental. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Ok listing, but extra charges.

Pay attention to the fine print. We had to pay for armbands to the resort which was over $100 all added up. They supply nothing for you other than two towels. Decent location. Not very much parking at all if your family will have multiple vehicles. only 2 small spots, or 1 big truck will fit. It rained alot while we were there and the roof literally fell in on us. A small section of the ceiling fell down all over the hallway. I did call the manager and she was there within an hour to fix the leak which turned out to be the water heater and sounded like a common problem in this rental. You could tell by the furniture and carpet and such that this rental has gotten a lot of life out of it. Needs updated furniture in most areas as everything is tore up and stained. It worked for us but we arent very picky. Location was close for disney. about 30 minutes total. Not as close as I thought it would be with traffic and what not too. I probably wouldn't rent this villa again.

Family birthday vacation

We planned this vacation for over six months. Communicating with Angie was awesome, even when we had to change our dates and our concerns about Hurricane Dorian. However, I was slightly disappointed because the unit seemed more like an extended stay rather than a home. My husband found a pair of women's underwear underneath our bed along with a sandal that was left behind from what we aasumed was from a previous guest, along with old ice cream sandwiches in the freezer. My friend seen a bedbug and we immediately checked all beds and purchased bedbug spray to treat all beds. Also, we could not locate the iron anywhere. There was a total of nine of us staying at the property, there weren't enough washcloths and I had to purchase more. I had a accounting paper to submit for my online class that was due and was not able to log on to the wifi. The pool was awesome, especially the slide and lazy river, along with the comforting jacuzzi. We loved having the opportunity to swim at night. The location was good as well. Having a washer & dryer was great to wash & dry our wet towels and swimwear. I hate to seem as a complainer, with all those mishaps, we still made the most of our trip and had a good time. The children had an SPECTACULAR time at Regal Palms Resort. The property could use a little better cleaning maintenance.
