This property is just a short stroll or bike ride to downtown Salisbury with its wealth of casual and fine dining restaurants, unique shops, and regular festivals and other activities. This home is also less than eight miles south of the state line, 30 miles west of Ocean City for unparalleled fun, and just 32 miles from the Assateague Island National Seashore.

Brimming with historic charm, adorned with original art, and furnished with a number of authentic antiques, this spacious and very inviting home is sure to please you and your guests. Stock up the fridge and prepare favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, then gather in the dining room for mealtimes or family game nights.

Choose from multiple living areas (including a four-season sunroom) for socializing, afternoon reading, or streaming your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. In the evenings, gather around the firepit to share stories and watch the stars come out before heading back inside and settling into one of five comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's rest, or watch a movie, recently added a tv in every room.

This home also offers central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill for warm weather cookouts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
