WELCOME TO SEA-NIC BLISS! STYLISH CONDO IN BEAUTIFUL CARILLON BEACH! THE ONLY FLOOR TO ENJOY THE GULF VIEW! The property is equipped with all the comforts of home for a great vacation! The condo includes lake and gulf views, multiple pools and beach access within a short walk.
HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
- Carillon sits on 104 acres and offers 3900 feet of beach front
- Carillon Market Street is home to local eateries, galleries and boutiques
- Beach access within a short walk (5-7 minutes depending on which access)
- Lake Carillon - 13 acre lake with migratory birds, bass, turtles
- Gym (additional fee)
- 4 Swimming pools (9am - 10pm)
- 2 Hot Tub - Jacuzzi's (9am-10pm)
- 2 Tennis Courts (9am-10pm)
- Salon/Spa on site (additional fee)
- Easy access to 30A Avenue, Rosemary, Alys, The Big Chill Publix, Pier Park
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 4)
- PRIMARY SUITE: King bed, Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
- SLEEPER SOFA: Queen pull out, shared bath

FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner.
We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the condo, or any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
