Welcome to this exquisite Beach Home in the coveted gated community of Niguel Shores. This home has been newly remodeled to include a beautiful, fully updated kitchen, new flooring, custom furniture and all the amenities you need to enjoy a luxurious vacation in the shores.

Spacious and light, this stylish home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths within 1600 square feet. There is also a large office with a built-in desk for any work at home needs. The office is completely separate from the bedrooms for maximum privacy and is equipped with a large flat screen monitor ready to easily plug into your laptop. Located off the Living Room and Master Bedroom is a large courtyard patio for outdoor dining and relaxing. The home features A/C for the hot summer nights and is a short walk - just a few blocks - from the beach bluff and private entrance to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool and jacuzzi. This property has just about everything you need to enjoy a pampered, spa-like home away from home.

Three world class resorts are less than one mile away at the St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, and Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Enjoy all the water-oriented activities in Monarch Beach: swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, whale watching, jet skiing, kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Monarch Beach Golf Course boasts one of only two courses with oceanfront holes in Orange County.

Due to the Niguel Shores HOA policy, a minimum 30 night stay is required.
