Upplev fantastisk utsikt över sjön Chelan från den här äldre, rustika vattnet hytten. Den rymliga däck med elektrisk grill och båt brygga vid gården är tyst och fridfullt och det perfekta sättet att varva ner efter en rolig dag vid sjön. Vi brukar hålla en båt (t.ex. kanot eller peddle båt) på fastigheten och tillgänglig för gäster att använda när sjön nivå är upp för sommaren. ***BEWARE OF NEIGHBOR***The house is in a perfect location. Does it need updating? Sure but not a deal breaker. Not super walkable but doable. The lake was beautiful and the deck isn’t in direct sun all day so we were outside the entire time. The northern neighbor will put a damper on a relaxing vacation. Our dogs, surprisingly, were on their best behavior. “Karen” seemed to be baiting them by running her leaf blower for 20 mins at a time right next to the fence, scoffing when they were play wrestling (still silent) on the deck, or accusing me of yelling (no yelling). On our second day, Karen made a loud noise that startled our dogs into a bark. We then got a 15 minute lecture about being respectful to property owners and taking care of our loud animals. She said the rental company requires that I put the dogs in the house if they bark (ehhhh). I honestly felt like a child (I’m in my 40s) at my grouchy grandparents house. I’m sure it’s not ideal to have a short term rental next to your second home but it’s a vacation destination. I’m sure it’s been a long summer of parties and jerks but not my issue. I’m sure retirement gets boring but find a better hobby. We would’ve been jerks to her but her husband was embarrassed and a nice guy.

Exactly as portrayed. Neighbors were super cool. Water is beautiful, we enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. Close enough to Chelan to make life convenient. I will make reservations for next year as soon as I can.

Great cabin

Loved location, Was clean and perfect for my dog and I. Could definitely have 4 people comfortably. Not good for elderly, or young as far as getting in and out of lake. Fine if you're fit and steady.

There was. No address on the house or the mailbox that was on the ground. The neighbor are a—h—ls. Harassed us for renting the property. The “hide a bed” couch was unusable due to it missing the support springs. The dock is NOT usable if you have a boat. Internet is very spotty. I called management and all they said was “thanks for telling us.” Will NOT rent here again.

Lake front

Location is 25 minutes out of Chelan. Cabin is quiet and the setting is lovely. Walking the area is difficult as there is only the highway if you have a dog as we did. We still were very happy with our time at the cabin. The cabin could use some updating. The picture shows the cabin red but it has been painted and now it's white.

Wonderful weekend at the Cabin!

The cabin was perfect! It was outfitted with everything we needed. Very comfy and cozy! The view off the deck as simply amazing! My family spent many hours hanging out in the deck. It was really easy to book and the the property manager was very communicative so I knew exactly what to expect. Thanks for a wonderful weekend with lots of great memories made!

Close to everything

The property is close enough to the city of Chelan but far enough away that there's peace and quiet. The cabin was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The water level of the lake was down about 12ft, so keep that in mind if you book during the colder months.

*Pros:* - Stunning lake views and easy access - Nice kitchen and living room area with newer appliances - Close to downtown Chelan (30 minutes) - Excellent customer service from Chandra at Vacation Chelan *Cons:* - Bedrooms and bathrooms need updating and are small and cramped - Rodent issue and hole in the wall (but quickly fixed by maintenance) - Pet-friendly policy is questionable due to neighbor's hostility towards pets *Overall:* - Great views and location, but some areas need improvement - Be aware of potential pet-friendly issues with the neighbor - Excellent customer service from Vacation Chelan

Wonderful house in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and even though there are houses on both sides it feels isolated. The property manager was easy to get a hold of, even on Sunday. Highly recommend.

Great view

Great view and location to enjoy Chelan. It’s is a bit rustic as others have mentioned but is an old fishing cabin. (Ants, spiders, etc.) It has the amenities you want (ac, laundry) and if this place was spruced up a little would be amazing. (Deck, paint, bed frames) Overall a good stay but a little hard to get in the water for a swim if that’s what your looking for. We had an issue with the grill and e-mailed property manager and didn’t hear back.

Lake Chelan Getaway

Small cabin, no slider screen door, burnt outlets, air conditioner that spits water, very small amount of supplies given(bring your own TP, laundry soap, ect) and if you have dogs, don’t waste your time. Rich people don’t like dogs except for their own. And bring a life jacket for your dog if they fall off the retaining wall like ours did. If you have an emergency, good luck calling 911, no cell service and the phone in the cabin doesn’t work. Waste of $4000. Should have went to Vegas instead!!

Waterman’s dream

The property was great, we spent all our time fishing and kayaking, getting our kayaks to the water took some engineering and ropes. If you’re bringing your own boats it is best to launch them from the ferry terminal, it’s a very short paddle to the private dock. And a short one mile paddle across the lake makes for a great day trip to the the Mitchell creek campground. All in all my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Private & cozy!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect size for our group and dog friendly was a huge plus! We were under the impression that there was a bunk bed in one of the rooms but that was not the case. Other than that, it was the perfect place for the type of weekend we wanted to have.

I LOVED THE DOCK AND SERENITY OF THE LAKE, BUT THE CABIN WAS VERY OLD, BED FRAMES ARE NAILED TOGETHER AND VERY WOBBLY WITH HARD MATTRESSES, METAL ART ON WALL BALANCED ON NAILS ABOVE QUEEN BED IS DANGEROUS, AIR CONDITIONER TO BE SET AT 80, FAN IS HELD TOGETHER WITH ZIP TIES AND VERY NOISY, WINDOWS DON'T LOCK, DECK AND FLOORS INSIDE CABIN ARE SLANTED AND CREAK A LOT, ANYTHING PUT ON THE DINING TABLE WILL ROLL OFF, KITCHEN WAS STOCKED NICELY, TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS WAS GREAT, BUT I WILL NOT WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN, FOR TWO NIGHTS IT IS WAY TOO STEEP AS COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES WE HAVE STAYED LIKE PEDERSON'S RESORT, WAPATO POINT, ETC. THE VERY STEEP DRIVEWAY, NO PLACE TO GO FOR A WALK, THE LAKE IS NICE AND CLEAR BUT VERY LOW IN SEPTEMBER.
