Comfortable house in lovely quiet neighborhood

This house was wonderful! My kids are already asking when we'll be back! Large private lot, walking trails across the street, a cornhole game and croquet. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of utensils and good chef's knives, large slow cooker and plenty of towels. We stayed with 11 of our children 20-2 yrs. and were very comfortable. (For those who may not be familiar with the area, we visited Lexington and Concord-sweet towns so much history! Boston-Paul Reveres house, USS Constitution, Beacon Hill, and Cheers! JFK Museum and Kalmus Beach (great little beach), Katie's Ice Cream was delicious. Plimoth Patuxet Museum, Mayflower II and Grist Mill. Woods Hole Science Aquarium-free by donation). So much to see within just a 20-30 minutes drive.I feel that we couldn't have stayed in a better part of the Cape, it felt so centrally located. Joshua was a fantastic host and reached out a couple of days into our stay to see how things were going. Great communication, even from the first inquiry into the trip he replied immediately. We hope one day to be back and would love to stay here again!

Great Christmas

Thanks to Josh's great hosting, the comfort of the house, it's coziness, and well stocked kitchen, we had the best Christmas holiday. It's been a while since my family has been able to spend the holidays comfortably under the same roof. We're so thankful because Josh made the process so simple that we were able to spend time on what is important, the company of family. It was a blessing for everybody to be able to sit down together for Christmas dinner.

Beautiful home!

The House is bright with nice open spaces. Great finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms are roomy and well appointed, beds were really comfortable! Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend this property!

Great stay

Had a lovely weekend staying in Mashpee. House was perfectly clean, beds very comfortable and showers had great water pressure! Super place to stay, quiet neighborhood and had excellent communication with host. Will for sure stay again.

This home was perfect to accomodate our family. Hosts Josh and his wife were very attentive to our needs and prompt on a minor detail that required help. Spacious rooms and a relatively quiet surrounding! We hope to visit again someday.
