We were very happy the house had A/C, but one of the downstairs bedroom was too dark for one of the kids so they slept on the couch. One of the living room recliner chairs was broken and the house felt very outdated. It did have access passes to the water park, but the house only had a handful of towels so bring your own towels if you plan on going swimming. It was impossible to figure out how to login to Netflix or even watch a dvd movie that was at the house. Too many remotes that didn’t do anything.

Dunn snow adventure weekend

House was great for a family trip. Well appointed kitchen made cooking for 6 a breeze. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was hot. So nice after a day of adventuring in the Mt Bachelor wilderness. Arrived to find the deck covered in dog poop from prior visitors, but management company was quick to send someone over to clean it up.

Clean, quiet and cozy

Clean, quiet and cozy, what more could you ask for? Large driveway with plenty of garage space. 8 bikes, 6 of which were adult sized. Easy riding distance from Fort Rock park. Fully stocked kitchen and a large deck which our dog loved. The house was very clean including the hot tub. We would book again for sure.

Sunriver

We enjoyed our time. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The hot tub was clean and hot. The tv was available to stream shows. We had a nice time.

Great Pet-Friendly Sunriver Home

We enjoyed our Sunriver stay at 29 White Elm. The house was cool when the afternoons became warm. There was plenty of room for our party of seven plus two dogs.

Great Family Stay

We really enjoyed this property. While it might not be the most "up to date" property in Sunriver, it was clean, well appointed, and a great place to spend a week. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, and there were plenty of bikes to use (although it was snowing during our visit so we didn't use them.) The only negatives we experienced were the hot tub was a little low on water, and there was some evidence of dogs (ahem) on the patio deck left by the previous occupants. It was snowy when we were there so it could have easily been missed by the cleaning stafff. Other than that, we loved the place and would not hesitate to return again in the future.

Great time!

Wonderful stay and nice home that was well appointed, light and airy. Comfortable living area. Needed to ask for more coffee filters as we only had 2 left at the home and 3 mornings to go. The location is great. Hot tub was lovely and we even had a bit of snow fall when we were sitting in it after a day of snowshoeing. Cascara was great to deal with. Would recommend.

Fun stay

It was a quick stay. The house was clean but the AC was not cooling down quickly it was 85 inside the house when I checked in. The PM company was kind enough to drop off a couple fans but AC is essential to me so that was a little challenge. Other than that it was a great house with great amenities

Short But Sweet

Place was great for a short getaway. Home was clean and cozy feeling. Loved the hot tub, patio and sun. Having the use of bikes was convenient. Location was close to park. Would stay again..

Great family-friendly home

We stayed here for about a week with our 3 young kids. It worked perfectly for us. The furniture is a bit dated but it's all comfortable and it worked well for us. A short drive from Sunriver village and close to bike paths.

Wedding

Our friends were getting married in Caldera springs we needed to stay somewhat close by ( further than expected). The house was okay. Definitely outdated. The fridge was the most updated item. The home either was cold or to warm. Very 70’s design. Not a lot of room in certain areas which made it feel cluttered.

Nice place & well kept

The house was well equipped and suited us nicely. It was clean and the process of checking in and out was great! Has air conditioning, which was good as it was hot when we got there. Has a hot tub, which we used a couple times. Big deck area was real nice for hanging outside. Bikes were in good (ride-able) condition. Only issues were: no propane in the tank for the bbq grill (had to call & get delivered the next day); hot tub is ok, but very basic. Overall, I won't mark it down for that....we would go back again!

Pleasant stay in Sunriver

Overall the house was nice. Probably would not rebook due to the layout, but overall the property was in good condition. Could use some updating, especially the carpeting. Very nice vacation for the family!
