18 Deer Lane - Meredith Lodging

Nestled amongst tall Ponderosa pines, this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath Sunriver style cabin has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

When you first arrive, you will be greeted by a lovely front porch – an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee before the rest of the house begins to stir. The home is warm and inviting with lots of natural woodland light and wood accents. An open living concept plan offers plenty of comfortable seating for lounging in front of the wood-burning fireplace or the flat-screen TV (with Xbox!). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig coffeemaker, a KitchenAid mixer, a granite breakfast bar, and a beautiful dining table.

The large deck offers another place to gather with a BBQ, dining table and chairs, and a hot tub – perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of exploring The Sunriver Village - just a short 1/2 mile away, hitting the mountain biking trails or endless paved biking trails, or playing a round of golf.

When it’s time to retire for the evening, two cozy bedrooms await upstairs.

The home also comes with a sofa bed, washer and dryer, pack n play, booster chair, 6 SHARC passes.
Whether you prefer to venture out and play the day away or stay in to relax and enjoy all the comforts Deer 18 provides, we guarantee you will be delighted with your stay.

Cozy cabin in Sunriver!!

Great property. Perfect for the 4 of us and our little pooch. Loved being so close to the entrance of Sunriver as well as the Village. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent Sun River location

The property was very nice and the kitchen came fully stocked which was super helpful. We loved the location, a very short walk to the Sun River Village.

A great space- we loved our stay here- very village adjacent, easy to set out on excursions from- we spent a few days at mt. Bachelor, this was an awesome spot to make a Basecamp!

Great Location and Comfortable living space

Our family of six had an amazing stay here. This was our first family vacation in a couple of years and first time back to Sunriver in about four years, we loved the home. The kitchen had everything we needed for our dinners and the hot tub and grill were a great bonus. This home has everything you need to enjoy the area.

Cozy spot close to the village!

We had a great time at this lovely little place close to the village. The hot tub and fireplace are great and make the stay very cozy. Our only real complaint is that the kitchen is definitely not stocked properly, missing basic things such as tin foil. Otherwise a great stay!

Great place close to downtown Sunriver

Very clean property! Great layout, very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and bikes. No AC, which was difficult for a summer stay. Otherwise had a very pleasant experience! We’ll-equipped house. We always love Meredith stays!

Perfect spring break getaway

We spent 3 nights at this awesome house. It had everything! We walked to the market for groceries and coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub and wood burning fireplace. My husband enjoyed splitting provided logs and tending the fire. The kids snowboarded at Mt. Bachelor in perfect powder conditions. We spent a day shopping and exploring Bend. Mom did a puzzle and even got teenagers to play board games one night! Lots of cooking and movies too. Fantastic, precious family time.

Cute and Cozy Cabin

We had a fun time with our family and the cabin was so cozy and conveniently located to the village. With bikes (we used adult bikes provided and rented kid bikes), getting to the SHARC is easy. I recommend the River Loop ride for a morning out with kids. There is plenty of comfy seating in the cabin and plenty of towels provided. Rent a movie from Blockbuster and snuggle up on the sofa (we had to shuffle TVs but there is a DVD player provided) Communication was good and check in and out very easy.
