This 72 SM flat is ideal for couple or 3 persons (2 bedrooms and 2 showers and bathrooms), can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Quiet, bright, cosy and modern flat with private working space, equipped kitchen with top brands.

All areas has windows to the street (very quiet) or to the Patio.

Great location, beautiful apartment & attentive host!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and in a great location. We would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to return!

Perfection in Malasaña

Our stay at Eyal’s place in Malasaña was absolutely wonderful. The apartment could not have been better, it is a model for what a short-term rental apartment should be. Convenient automated access. Great location, super clean, white and bright, modern design, ample storage, great bathrooms with shampoo/soap/lotion, equipped kitchen, washer, and comfortable beds. Eyal was very responsive throughout our stay, and the basket of cava, chips and chocolates were much appreciated :) We’ll definitely stay here again.

I'd give more stars but I have to say that "quiet executive apartment" was a little misleading. The property was clean and well presented, but it's in a residential building and there is certain amount of noise from neighbours - not outside of normal hours or anything unusual, but if "quiet" and "executive" were your criteria, you might be surprised. The apartment is in an alley that does have a certain amount of refuse and tight parking, but the overall location is good. Our host also got a bit confused about when we were checking out - no bad outcome but that could have caused a problem. But kitchen/beds/baths/wifi were good.

This place is great for a short vacation or a long distance working (teletrabajo) for a longer period.

We do keep about cleaning, high-end brands, and we always remember that a good listing could make your stay better!

Gay clients like everyone else are super welcome in our apartments. We have self check in system, but if you need keys (for religious reasons), we can provide it too.

We respect every client and every atheist or religion, we expect you to respect us as well.

Malasana is only 6-7 minutes walking from gran via and it is the most fascinating and interesting neighbourhood to stay as a local in the heart of Madrid.

From cafes to restaurants and vintage stores, this is the perfect place to be.

Super light apartment, great location, 2 showers and 2 bathrooms and totally privacy.

one bonus fact: This flat is so nice, so I used to live in this apartment with my spouse during the pandemic (covid-19).

This place is great during spring and summer, we have full a/c system in every room,

the apartment of course is amazing during winter too, while the iights of the sun of Madrid is coming in all year long.

Very quiet and very central apartment in the heart of Madrid!
