Family memories

What a week in paradise. Such a beautiful home with all the amenities. Something for everyone. Wonderful walks to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Great dining area for all to gather and beautiful views. We even saw turkeys and deer. Thank you for sharing your home. We had a relaxing vacation.

Fantastic

The house was beautiful and the location great. Perfect for a large family with ample updfated bathrooms, lovely bedrooms, and terrific amenities. Disappointing weather didn't put a damper on the joy of family being together. Loved, loved, loved the house. Thank you Alicia and Dustin.

Perfect Location, Great Host and Home

Stayed for a week with family of 6. Great location walkable to restaurants, beach, local attractions. Clean, spacious house perfect for a large family. Host was very easy to work with, communicated well and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Family of 10 from 1 to 61 had a great time. House was perfect for our family and the location is great. Alicia was welcoming and responsive. We'll definatly be back.

Great house to explore Perkins Cove and Ogunquit.

Loved the house and amenities. Host was great at communicating initial questions we had when we got there and even dropped off an extra game controller for us. Would have liked a gas grill and the trip to the beach is a bit long but otherwise the restaurants around the house easy accommodated our group of seven.

Lovely home for an Ogunquit getaway

Lovely home with plenty of space and amenities. Set back from the main road with little traffic noise. Plenty of sunlight enters the home. Well-stocked kitchen for those who wish to cook. Plenty of games and books suitable for children. Perfect location for easy walk to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit center. Our second time in this home and we;d enjoy going back. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly.

Great stay!

We had a fabulous time! Great location with easy walk to Perkins cove! The home is charming and spacious and easily accommodates a large group. This beach town is quite special and looking forward to our return to Ogunquit! Alicia was great and was always quick to respond to any inquiries we might have had.

Great Perkins Cove house!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location made it easy to walk everywhere from Perkins Cove to the center of Ogunquit and the beach. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect Stay near Perkins Cove

This wonderful property allowed us to make the most of our stay in Ogunquit. It was great to meet Alicia and her family, and it added a personal touch to our vacation experience. We were able to prepare meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen and we all had plenty of space and were thrilled to have so many bathrooms. Wonderful

This house had everything, location, size, ambiance. Hosts were always available to answer questions and were stocked with games, beach supplies and beautiful kitchenware. We were 6 adults and 4 kids aged 7 and under and everyone had a wonderful room to sleep in. Would come here again and again.

Perfect 2020 Family Vacation

Dustin and Alicia's home was perfect for our annual family vacation. We had eleven family members and it met all of our needs, including those of my 89 year old mother-in-law. Thank you Alicia for making her stay wonderful, especially by providing a shower chair. She was in heaven!

Family gathering prior to daughter's wedding

A moment's walk to the bustling activity of Perkin's Cove, yet a quiet place, especially at night. Spacious, comfortable, many areas to gather throughout the house, and quiet places for guests to work away from others as well. Grilled most nights, used the yard for games, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, especially the walk along the beach. Kitchen stuff was plentiful but no organization to it, although we tried to work on that a bit. Owner is very gracious and met us on arrival. Lovely home but you need to make your own beds. I think the price of the home should include this small task as some family members with disabilities were unable to do so. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay, would return happily!

This property is amazing, both in size and amenities. Close to everything, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Great home for a large family with kids. Very well thought out interior. Owner was beyond extremely responsive. There was a plumbing issue which was resolved within one hour! Owner was available by phone and or text for quick questions too, and even graciously supplied local activities and festivities, fireworks schedule etc. we were 8 adults and 3 children under 3. Plenty of space Inside and out to really enjoy this vacation spot. Worth every penny

Beautiful home Perfect location!

This was our second year visiting Ogunquit and second year staying here. We can't say enough about the house and the owners.It was perfect with all the bedrooms and bathrooms available.It is a beautiful home and a perfect location to walk to whatever you want to do. Marginal way is right down the street and we were able to walk it every morning.

You Had Us At Two Refrigerators....

Let me begin by saying Alicia is amazing! She was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, sending rental agreements, answers to questions, VERY ACCOMMODATING! The home is decorated lovely, I am giving her all that credit too... We are a large group of ten family members who have traveled together each year for this vacation, I titled this review "You Had Us At Two Refrigerators" because we all enjoy cooking and the five couples are all responsible for one meal each, all of us were thrilled that we were going to have two refrigerators. It has been a challenge in other homes without an extra refrigerator! The home is well appointed and comfortable, large tables for indoor dining as well as outdoor dining. It is quiet and spacious and perfectly situated, set back from the main road and close to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit, tourist attraction highlights. There are activities for all in this area, not just an amazing beach. Large comfortable bedrooms, the home is well designed. There is a tv/ movie theater room, in addition to a large living room. Great amenities, a pleasant wrap around porch which we had the ideal weather to enjoy. Comfortable for very large groups, with plenty of parking. We didn't want to leave and all look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful house; Perfect location

This was a fantastic luxury house. Great bedrooms. Very clean. Hosts were attentive and helpful with our questions. But the best thing about the house is the location. Easy walk to Ogunquit and to Perkins Cove. Would love to rent again.

True Luxury and set the standard for "fully equipped"

This is a surprisingly expansive home with plenty of room for all on our annual family reunion. Each room had its own bathroom and the quality of furnishings and amenities were top notch. Responsiveness from Alicia could not be topped. As veterans of vacation rental stays, we must say this was the top of the top.
