The house was spotless. The well stocked kitchen was wonderful. Also the lighting throughout the house was first rate. So convenient to the beach and the parking lot to the public part was very handy.

We had a great time, and the layout works well for groups with kids. The two separate living spaces on the ground floor allow the kids to spend time in one and adults to enjoy themselves in the other. Easy walk to the beach. I don't recall the limitations of Moody beach being detailed in the reservation, but we had a good time.

This is a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the marsh and sunsets. It is a short walk to the beach and was a wonderful place to stay. The owner is very responsive to questions.

This is our second stay at this home. It has recently been raised more than six feet off the ground, making the raised deck quite comfortable for a barbeque, or to just sit outside and enjoy the breeze and sound of the sea in one direction, and the visual beauty of the estuary in the other. All in all it has been the perfect place for our family of 10.

The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we could not have anyone sleep there as planned.

A house built for a family vacation

With 7 bedrooms, 2.5 bath rooms, a full kitchen and large dinning and living area, plus quick access to Moody beach, this home was perfect for our multi-generation family of 6 adults and 4 young children. We plan to stay again.

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my whole family. Hot tub was an awesome amenity as well! We also had to stay late on our last day due to the Blizzard and Richard was able to accommodate our request. Highly recommend!

Maine Fall weekend

Great Family Beach House

Great space for large family! Very clean with a bonus of AC in every room! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, outdoor shower/hose for those sandy toes. Short walk to public access, I recommend a beach wagon and it's no problem. Would absolutely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood.

Great house, good space, awesome location

We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space for our family. It was spotless and had everything we needed!! Check in was super easy and anything questions were answers via text quickly. The host and local contact were extremely responsive and super friendly and helpful. The house was a quick walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus on the chilly nights!! Would love to stay again!! Highly recommend!!

The house was wonderful. So close to the beach. Very easy to travel to either Ogunquit or Kennebunk Port. The house was very clean and well stocked. Great AC. The neighborhood was great. The hot tub was a nice way to end the night. I would book it again definitely! It was a great find.

Wonderful house by the sea

My family and I truly had a bless ! The house is spotless and PERFECT for small group. All 7 rooms are spacious and comfy. We truly fell in love with the place and already talking about renting it again next. The house and the owner are really welcoming and did a fantastic job. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great and clean house near the best beach in Maines. Thank you

misleading

they say its 5 minute walk to the beach and it is but they dont say that all of moody beach is private ! no one is allowed on the beach except those who own Prop. on water front,, the house was not as clean as it should , no tables out side furniture for eating, towels to small, cabinets had so much grease on them. plenty of bed rooms and bath rooms. would not stay there again!!!
