Location Location Location: Our RARE home is not only affordable, but it is also right in the center of North Myrtle Beach! Nearby you have famous Main Street (just 9 blocks over) which has beach bars and restaurants with live music, regular festivals, game arcades, ice cream parlors, boutique shops, and more!

Also nearby you have Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets - which are wonderful outdoor shopping venues, shows and live music such as Alabama Theater and House of Blues, and also tons of new and favorite restaurants and shopping centers.

Our home is close to the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex, and just a bit further south you can spend a day at Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel!

Policies:
-Note: Property is currently for sale. There may be a real estate showing during your stay (around 5-10 minutes). You will be notified, and a licensed Realtor will be present and lock up when they leave. You are welcome to stay in the home or vacation - just go about your vacation as usual!

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
