Our 56sqm. condo has 1-Bedroom ensuite full bathroom, 2 sofa beds, and a powder room. Photos show the chairs which are great for smaller kids. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Conveniently located within a walking distance to Robinson Supermarket, Starbucks, 7/Eleven, McDonald's, Jollibee, Korean and Japanese Restaurants, LUX Entertainment Club, Alfresco Food Court, Shangri-La Resort, and the Mactan Newtown Beach.
- 16 mins. drive (8.5 km) via M.L. Quezon National Highway from/to the Airport.
- 10 mins. walk (600 m) to Mactan Newtown Beach
