Occupancy- is limited to a maximum of 6 guests.

Unregistered guests- Any unauthorized guests will result in a $200 fee per guest per night.

Parking- Please park in driveway. No parking on the grass(septic system) and no parking on the street per town.

PET FEE- An additional fee of $85/per pet per booking for a pet friendly stay. Two pets maximum. Please clean up after your pets, failure to do so will result in a additional minimum fee of $50.

Furniture- Please keep all indoor furniture indoors. Any furniture moved please returned to original location before checking out.

Smoking- Absolutely NO Smoking allowed indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $400 dollar min charge.

Bikes- There are 3 bikes for guest to use. Please place bikes back when finished

Septic- the house has a eco-friendly septic system;
Please avoid flushing wipes or sanitary products in the toilet
Please do not pour grease down the kitchen sink drain
