Unit has Wi-Fi,1 king 2 queen beds,1 bathroom, living room with couch & 50-inch TV. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and there is an office room for professionals.

The space
Newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath with dedicated office space unit minutes away from Downtown. A fully equipped kitchen with luxury stainless steel appliances, smart TV, in-unit washer/dryer and much more makes this the perfect place to stay with family and friends.
➤ Street Parking: The unit is in N zone. N zone parking permit can be granted to guest upon request with additional ~$15 for up-to a week. There are free street parking available ~75 meters from the unit without any parking restriction. Please check the map attached in the listing.
➤ 2 Bedrooms - 1 King size bed and 2 Queen beds. Can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
➤ Dedicated office space with ergonomic chair and desk.
➤ Living, Kitchen, Dining and Bathroom located on the main floor (no stairs in the unit).

The property has four units. This is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance therefore nothing will be shared. The unit is located on the 1st floor of the fourplex. This means that you will have the entire place to yourself, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area.
Guests have access to:
1. The front patio at the shared entrance.
2. The in-unit private deck area from the living room.

➤Please provide a copy of your Government ID. ID Verification is required to check in.
➤Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
➤Please check the house rules.
➤No smoking inside the unit. Guests are responsible for trashing the cigarette buds in the outdoor bins. Please check the house rules.
➤ No parties allowed, noise monitoring device is placed inside the unit.
