Relax and rejuvenate with a luxurious glamping experience in the woods. Off the beaten trail - Enjoy a beautiful lake-view, deluxe RV travel trailer, and amazing site for star gazing. Feel free to use the spa near the pool!

You can lay low and cook all your own meals or eat right around the corner at Walker's Bluff.

Our goal is that you leave refreshed after spending time in nature and in the beautiful wildflower camper.

Some of our favorite hiking sites in Southern Illinois are not far away and if you want to hit the wine trail you can begin just minutes away!!

Cozy up with the book you have been meaning to read or binge on movies - just leave the stress behind!

Hangout by the campfire- in fact, keep a fire going all day!

Great stay at Kevin’s place. Stayed with family, all adults, relaxing and private and everything you need is provided (even ziplocks/foil!). Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and building a campfire. Will definitely be back!

Our family and friends had a great time here. The kids loved the pool and slide and we enjoyed swimming in the pond. A dog came up super friendly. We will be back in the fall

Refreshing retreat from city life!

We enjoyed the natural surroundings alongside comforting accommodations/amenities. Perfect compromise for a family split between preferring camping and resorts! Hosts are very gracious, friendly, and responsive.

Peaceful Getaway

Owner was great, upon arrival had upgraded us to one of the motor homes with a private hot tub. Everything was clean and exactly as it was in the pictures on the listing. Swimming pool was also clean and wonderful to enjoy in this crazy heat! My husband also enjoyed some fishing on the property. Thanks for a trouble free stay!

It was a nice quiet place to relax. There were a few things i wish i would have known before arrival but they were minor. The host was very kind and attentive as far as if we needed anything and he responded quickly when we messaged.

Great location and property hosts!

The location was perfect for hitting trails or parks around Shawnee but also Carbondale as well! Hosts were super friendly and easy to get in touch with. Camper was very clean and nicely set up, they also had very friendly dogs who came and gave us company as well. We will definitely be back!

Amazing find nestled in the woods!

Everyone in my (well-traveled) party really loved the place! The trailer was very comfortable, classy and well appointed, and relatively spacious, sleeping six adults without too many problems, aside from the trailer rocking when people moved around which the owners said they'd hopefully try to fix. The property was very large and quiet, with a lake, dock and plenty of space to walk around and hike, but also not too far from stores and other local places. The owners were super helpful and communicative throughout, coming by to visit often and making sure our stay was excellent; we did have a few minor hitches with finding the place and a few lights and drains as this was there very first time renting the property, but they were very prompt at resolving them and should make sure they don't happen again.Owners had two dogs and two cats, who were all very friendly and we all enjoyed playing and hanging out with.Overall, highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay here again!

First Glamping Trip Was Fantastic

I cannot recommend glamping at this location enough! The host quickly responded to any questions via email before and during our trip and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is very clean and well taken care of. We stayed in the Puma and our friends stayed in the camper with the hot tub. There are three campers in all on the property. You can see the others, but you still have lots of privacy. The pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time and enjoyed it tremendously. You'll have to drive up to the pool if you are taking much, but it's walkable if you aren't. We never got in the lake but couldn't believe how beautiful and clear it was, next time we are taking some tubes to float in it and fish! You will absolutely love the dogs "Puggly" and "Daisy" they will greet you several times a day and want to play catch. The pictures on the listing are exactly what they were when we arrived. We loved this property so much we are considering doing a family trip next year to the same location!

If you are looking for the perfect secluded getaway as an individual, couple or family this is the place to go! The RVs are fully equipped with everything you need! There is something magical about this place, especially for healing, self reflection, relaxation, reconnecting with a loved one or your family and rejuvenation!! My campsite was like a butterfly sanctuary with a family of hummingbirds and the most peaceful place I’ve ever found on earth! The pool and lake are amazing! As far as the host, there are not enough good things I can say as to how promptly they responded and met every need that I had and far exceeded my expectations! They are a beautiful family that makes you feel like family with very little contact if you’re looking for seclusion! If this place is an option for you, I promise that you will be disappointed with any other choice you may have! I am already planning my next trip. I cannot wait to get back!

The property was lovely! The camper was clean and comfortable and quite spacious for a camper. The AC and fans made if very comfortable even with a heat advisory. My kids especially loved the pool and slides. It was such a great way to spend a few days. They host was very responsive- answering all questions in minutes- and very helpful. My kids are already asking to go back!

Absolutely Amazing

Property was absolutely gorgeous and the host was incredible, super helpful and always responded to any questions quickly. The hosts dogs were also super friendly (both to people and dogs). Absolutely great place and will definitely be coming back again.
