Fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. Ett av de finaste bostäderna i Ocean City. Ligger på hörnet av 23rd Street och Wesley Ave. Lägenhet på första våningen av extra stort hus på strandpromenaden och stranden mitt i Gold Coast-delen av Ocean City, NJ.

På ett hörnparti erbjuder det en fantastisk utsikt över havet, stranden och till och med Atlantic City-lamporna. Tillräckligt långt från den upptagna delen av strandpromenaden för att vara tyst och privat men ändå nära nog att gå eller cykla. Gott om plats för hela familjen, ta med morföräldrar!

Med 2300 kvm bostadsyta, har hemmet två master sviter - alla med eget badrum och king size-sängar; plus ytterligare två sovrum - ett för barnen med våningssängar för 4, det andra med två enkelsängar. Garageparkering för två bilar, uppfart passar ytterligare två, inomhus badstranddusch. Omkopplande balkong perfekt för avkoppling med en bra bok medan du tittar på havet och människor som tittar på strandpromenaden. Har också två privata balkonger utanför befälhavaren och gästrum med utsikt över stranden / havet. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättstuga, kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och alla sovrum, HBO och on-demand, gratis WIFI / bredbandsinternet, gasspis, stor bäddsoffa. Tyst, stor strand precis utanför ytterdörren och precis mellan två skyddade stränder på 22 och 24: e gatorna. Gästerna måste ha egna sängkläder och handdukar (detta är standard för Ocean City-hyra).

Family vacation

Great location. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. Nice size bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Garage for storage of beach chairs, toys and bike. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and cook ware. Loved spending time on the deck.

Family vacation

Location, location,location! Walk to the beach, walk/bike on boardwalk right outside the door. Relax on large, covered porch & listen to the surf. Plenty of room for a large group to be together inside or out. Great time for adults & kids.

Perfect Family Beach Stay for Us

The location of this property is ideal for us and our two young grandsons. Its a few short steps to the beach and right on the boardwalk so the boys can bike or just chill out on the deck and say hi to the passerby's. There are only a few steps up to get to the bedrooms which are all comfortable and the two main bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It just feels like our beach home (that we could never afford) and we love spending a few days here off season. The owner is wonderful to deal with and the process is seamless. Highly recommend!

Excellent.

This is a little very, roomy house in a great location. It was perfect for a three generation family vacation. It is close to the beach and wonderfully convenient for boardwalk access for walking, running and bicycling, but close enough for s nice to walk to the commercial section. Nice little enclosed front yard for safe play for the children. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with a good kitchen and dining area suitable for family dinners. We hope to return next year!

Inner working of the property poor. Like Knobbs, fittings, Bathroom flushing, cutlery, suggest overall of the qualify of the fixatures poor. May be for the price that's what you get in this area but not what I expected from VBRO listing. Will go back again? NO

Beautiful Location

Love the location and ambiance of the unit. Best location on the boardwalk.The deck is fabulous and definately the star.Rooms are large and spacious. The interior is ready for some upgrades- especially at the price point of the rental. Dryer is really old and should be replaced. Kitchen cabinets and baths could benefit from a refresher. White Kitchen cabinets have been painted teal, but paint is wearing around the pulls and much of the white showing thru As a renter appreciate the beach tags and would be so happy to see a few additional like beach chairs and use of the bikes. Overall I think it is a beautiful property and we most enjoyed our stay. ..

Perfect Spot

Absolutely had a blast and the location, at the very end (or beginning...) of the Ocean City Boardwalk was awesome. Lots of people watching and direct access to the beach. The house was plenty spacious and loaded with everything needed. The owner, Brad, was tremendous at staying in touch to make sure all was well. Would 100% stay again.

Awesome place and location

Everything went perfectly in every way. We enjoyed the house which was great for the little ones and adults and location on boardwalk can’t be beat. Owner was great with communications. We hope to come back again!

The house was spacious and comfortable. All rooms were clean , except the sofa, which needed some cleaning. Fun and safe place for children, which included the outdoor deck. We liked the easy access to the beach.

Clean, well-appointed property

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with anything one would need. The access to the boardwalk for bike-riding was very convenient. For our family in particular, it was also great to have two master bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your condo, Brad!

Fantastic experience. Great house. Great location. Great host.

The property owner and the property manager were both attentive and very responsive to all requests. They are also very nice people to deal with. The property is located at the end of the boardwalk making it about a 30 second walk onto the beach. Good for boardwalk people watching from the first floor deck but no crow noise as you are at the quiet end away from commercial activity. It is an easy mile walk along the boardwalk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect if you like the boards but don't want to be right in the thick of the crowds and noise. This was our second year in a row staying at the propery. We plan to do it again next year!

Wonderful home in great location

We had a great time. The home was spacious and comfortable. Other rentals we have had in OCNJ had just 2.5 bathrooms— the 3.5 here made all the different. Kitchen well stocked and washer/dryer were nice to have to towel rotation. The deck was wonderful. The only challenge was parking, especially when arriving on a Saturday. I recommend relaxing on the small deck facing Wesley and scoping out the parking spots across the street — you can jump over and grab a spot when you see it open up. There is a handicapped spot right in front of the house. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Fall beach Weekend

We enjoyed a long weekend getaway at this property with grandparents and grandkids. Space and location was great! We had a fun and comfortable stay. The kids loved the bunk room, and we all enjoyed the porch.

Fantastic experience. Great house. Great location. Great host.

This rental is located at the far end of the Ocean City boardwalk (the quiet end). Our back porch overlooked the boardwalk and the ocean. Super clean property. In perfect working order. Our host Brad was always attentive and prompt with responses to questions. Bedrooms and overall layout are exactly as advertised. We look forward to renting the place again.
