Vår mycket eftertraktade första våning större 2-sovrums hörn enhet ligger i 500-byggnaden och ger en panoramautsikt över viken, sanddyner och strandpromenaden ingång från vårt vardagsrum / uteplats. INGEN upptagen väg att korsa eller steg för att klättra !! Cirka 2 minuters promenad till stranden. Strandstolar finns tillgängliga för din användning utan extra kostnad med den här enheten.
Dessa lägenheter har en master svit med queen-size säng. Det andra sovrummet har två enkla våningssängar och det finns en utdragbar bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som rymmer två. Om du reser med en baby, finns det ett pack och lek (på begäran) i sovrummet garderoben.
Kabel-platt-TV finns över hela enheten. En 40 ”Smart HDTV med DVD finns i vardagsrummet / matsalen. En 32 ”platt skärm Smart HDTV-TV finns i sovrummet. En 20 ”Smart HDTV med DVD finns i det andra sovrummet.

Beachside Villas är idealiskt beläget borta från folkmassorna, MEN mycket nära till så många av de aktiviteter som tar människor tillbaka till denna del av Panhandle år efter år. Det ligger i närheten av Destin och Panama City Beach - SEASIDE ligger mindre än 5 minuter. Du kan hyra cyklar och resa längs de vackra cykelvägarna till charmiga Rosemary Beach, Seaside och Grayton Beach. Deer Lake State Park ligger också mindre än en mil längs stranden med vandringsleder och sanddyner. De bästa golfbanorna i närheten inkluderar Camp Creek och Santa Rosa Golf Club.
San Destin resort och Silver Springs-butikerna ligger 20 minuter bort. Även minigolf, Pier Park, Shell Island och vattenparker finns i närheten i Panama City eller Destin.

Clean and good location

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Good location and space. We enjoyed using the chairs and umbrella. Please notice that you will have to bring or buy everything you need, including toilet paper (there was only enough for one day), soap, and beach towels. Also, the listing did say there was a hot tub, and there was no hot tub on the property, which the owner apologized for. There was a lot of unnecessary info that was sent out before we arrived, and a folder of info at the condo, but more concise, helpful info would have been better. Overall, good place, but plan to bring EVERYTHING you need.

Solid Value Option on Emerald Coast

This condo proved a solid option for an affordable stay in Seagrove Beach. Located just behind Sugar Dunes, the condo was well-appointed (even umbrellas and great beach chairs), comfortable, clean, and had modern appliances and amenities. The beds were particularly good. The owner made everything easy and provided full instructions (both printed and in PDF) for everything we’d need for our stay in the area. We had two very minor instructional needs, and her responses were rapid and understanding. Staying here gets you a good discount rate on bike, golf cart and equipment rentals, and you’re close to local stores like Publix, without being in the full bore madness of Seaside in peak season.It’s important to understand the beach access rules these days. Coming from places a little more relaxed than this area, I was surprised about how zealously the resorts and residents guard their beach stretches. If you want to so much as a set up a single chair you are in for a bit of a hike up or down the beach, though you can walk or swim anywhere the water is actually breaking. This condo is located very close to the public boardwalk to the beach, which helps, and the owner helpfully “translated” all this in a series of provided maps. It’s nothing against the property at all, and I’d argue the condo represents a good intersection of value and access, but just bear this in mind if you have mobility or endurance issues.I’d stay here again. Thanks for the lovely experience, owners.

Great amenities!

Condo is small (can technically sleep up to 8 but I'm not sure where all those people would put their stuff!) and a little outdated, but very clean! Had a nice view considering it is set back from the beach behind 2 buildings. The beach access was the most disappointing for us. Description says steps from the beach and it is - however, it is only a few steps away if you want to walk on the beach. If you want to sit on the beach you need to walk quite a distance in either direction to the public beach access. The facility does offer shuttles which seemed to work well for others; we have a daughter who uses a wheelchair so the shuttle did not work for us. The owner was very helpful in getting us information on accessible beach access, however it did require us to drive to the accessible beach a few miles away. The amenities offered at the complex were great - from the beach shuttle to tennis courts, shuffle board and 2 pools (although I only saw one and never found the second).

Perfect spot!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! Just steps to the beach, walking distance to coffee shops, located in a nice neighborhood, and the amenities and heated pool were perfect! The host was also incredibly kind and quick in helping us!

Relaxing Getaway

Great location

Great place for a quick weekend away. Loved the lake/beach access. Lots of fun playing in the shallow waters of Eastern Lake. Convenient to restaurants and shopping yet away from the big crowds.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

This condo is perfectly located and a true home away from home. Things such a shelf in the kitchen to store groceries, command hooks in the shower for bathing suits, beach chairs and toys provided and the comfortable seating on the balcony make this the perfect place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return!

Excellent Location

Beachside Villas 511 was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach was great. The owners were extremely responsive and the condo provided everything we needed it to. This is a quiet community that I highly recommend when traveling with your family.

Beautiful Condo just steps from the beach!!

Our family has the best week on vacation. The condo was everything advertised and more!! The condo is just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand. We had no problem finding a spot on the beach in front of the condo everyday. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Excellent Property

This property was everything as described. Our family thoroughly enjoyed a nice relaxing vacation here. The beach was incredible and it was so nice having it just steps away. Our kids loved playing tennis and pickle ball. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Great experience

This condo was very true to its listing. The beach is only a block away and the beach is beautiful. The beach is public access but was not very busy and easy to get to. The property had everything we needed including beach toys, games, soaps and etc.

Highly recommend staying here. Beach access from the room was very convenient and stress free considering my wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a 5 year old. The location of this residence is also convenient to many local shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The owner was available at all times with any questions that came up with great customer service. We look forward to staying here in the future!

Great stay!

Condo was very nice and meet our needs. The Location and views were great. The only complaint was the public beach area. Very crowded and we rented chairs and umbrellas! Also there is new construction right beside the public beach area so the view is about to be limited.

Most beautiful beach and white sand of all the beaches we visited. This is a quiet family community with ocean view, two heated pools, tennis courts, corn hole and shuffle board courts. Something for everyone to enjoy. Nice bike path around 30A. Easy bike ride to Seaside.

Quiet beach, shopping nearby and great resaurants. Watch the sunset from the patio and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. This bottom floor unit has no stairs and is only a 35 yard walk to the beach entrance. We also provide two beach chairs for you to use while visiting.
