The Space:
Desert Chic is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the peaceful Deep Canyon neighborhood of Palm Desert. Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.

Living Room:
• Separate living, dining, and kitchen areas with large windows and doors leading to the patio and pool
• Smart TV with streaming capabilities for live TV, Netflix, and more

Kitchen & Dining:

Outdoor Space & Amenities
• Private pool (pool heating available upon request, with a $75/day fee for a minimum of 7 days, only available Oct–April, max temp 82). *Pricing may vary by SoCalGas rates.
• Complimentary hot tub heating is available 6 hours daily, in two 3-hour blocks. You can arrange your preferred times upon check-in. Max 104F temp due to regulations.

Additional Details
• Utility Cap: A monthly cap of $150 covers water, electricity, and gas usage. If this limit is reached, renters will be responsible for any additional costs.
• No Garage Access.

Infants and Children:
• We welcome your little ones! Please notify us in advance if you’re traveling with children and their ages. We can provide a pack & play with linens, high chair, children’s plates, cups, utensils, and an infant bathtub insert upon request. While the space is child-friendly, it is not guaranteed to be baby-proof or child-proof. Please supervise your children, especially around the pool area.

Trash:
• Trash and recycling cans are located on the west side of the house. Trash days are outlined in the house manual. Guests do not need to bring trash to the curb.

Damage:
• We understand accidents happen. If something breaks, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for replacements. Reporting damage won’t affect your review; we appreciate your honesty.

Liability:
• The owners do not assume liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or death to persons or personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost, or expense arising from use of the property. By accepting this reservation, guests are assuming all risks related to their stay, including those invited onto the premises.
