Only 3 min from downtown Duvall with numerous shops, restaurants & parks. Easy access to Hwy 2 & I-90, offering hiking & recreational activities. It is 45 mins. from Seattle, 30 mins. from Bellevue, 20 mins. to Redmond, 10 mins. to Woodinville
The space
The large bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a full private bathroom with newly renovated shower
Guest access
The Guest House has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and access to the yard. There is also a desk to use while you contemplate life or consider writing about your experiences.
