The space
This listing includes Unit 2 of the Swiss Hut duplex. Unit 2 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs is where you will find the bedrooms and second bathroom which has a sauna. This is a great place to gather and enjoy time together inside or outside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire unit. Guests have their own BBQ and part of the deck accessed through the sliding glass door in the living room. If there are guests staying in the adjacent unit (unit 1), the guests in unit 1 will have primary use of the main part of the deck and firepit. There is an outdoor firepit behind unit 2 for your exclusive use.
Other things to note
Our home is pet friendly so you can travel with your furry best friend. Two pets maximum are allowed. Please not let your pet on the furniture including the beds.
We expect that you won't leave your pet unattended and will dispose of any waste left by dogs in the outside trash can.

Comfortable, Well-Provisioned with Outstanding TV Streaming Services

We found Swiss Hut II an ideal property for a week of skiing due to its location and many comforts. The kitchen was fully serviceable in every respect, the beds were ultra comfortable, the multiple streaming services provided endless entertainment and we appreciated the privacy of the neighborhood. 'Happy campers in every respect.

Relaxing

We are a group that have been coming up every year for 30 years. We meet our groups there that ski. Our group has retired the skis and just chill out.

Good Time skiiing

Cozy and quaint. Some items not working (1 of 4 oven burners, several lamps). Well water not disclosed. We were comfortable there and would re-rent in the future. Ower was quick to reply to messages.

UP ski weekend

We come up two weekends per year to ski and this was a new place for us to stay this year. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Great place to stay at Powderhorn!

We’ve been renting a place at Powderhorn every year for the last five years. We know the places generally have some old time charm and we love that! We could tell there has been effort to make improvements while still keeping the charm. We really appreciated all the efforts! Thank you for all the ‘extras’ - this place worked perfectly for our family of 4 plus our dog :)
