Enjoy Downtown Charleston living at 193 Broad Street, Suite A! This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom apartment on one of Charleston's most iconic and bustling streets is just steps to all that Historic Charleston has to offer! The unobstructed view of Colonial lake is unmatched, and the perfect view year round! One block to reach public tennis and pickle ball courts and a modern children's playground. Two blocks to reach the battery and the beautiful Ashley River.
This apartment was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined to include modern amenities while maintaining the historic integrity of the home. The apartment features beautiful, exposed brick and tons of large windows that showcase amazing unobstructed views of Colonial lake!
The house is elevated and you will ascend one flight of stairs to reach this first floor unit. Upon entering the main floor, you are greeted with historic charm and loads of natural light from the large Broad Street facing windows. The open kitchen and living room is the perfect place to entertain! The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, chairs, and a large, Smart TV. A large dining table with seating for 6, separates the living room from the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal, or use as a work from home space! The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and plenty of cabinet space!
Just off of the living room and kitchen area is one the half bath. A few steps away, is first bedroom, with a queen sized bed, smart TV & a large en-suite bathroom, with a large bathtub!
The second bedroom is just down a short hallway from the kitchen, and has a full sized bed, 65in Smart Tv and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have amazing closet space!
Front Loading Washer and dryer are inside the home.
Spacious off-street parking in the back of the home.
In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $500 upon signing the lease agreement.
* Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). *
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
