As summer is a approaching and our high season, we are changing to weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (There is a weekly discount to make this your desired destination!)

Since the snow is still great, please visit us for ski season, with a 2 night minimum.

Welcome to the gorgeous views from Lake Memphremagog! Ski season is upon us! Ski and come back to rest at our cozy condo. We are 20 minutes from Jay's Peak, 40 minutes from Owl's Head, and 1 hour from Stowe! Come enjoy the winter season with an upstairs condo located in Newport Center, 3 miles from Newport, VT.

This condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a living area with an open kitchen/dining area and a bright living room that includes base board heating.

The primary bedroom has an en-suite with a full bath, and there's an additional full bathroom with a shower and with laundry facilities. There is a deck that provides stunning lake views and the property has lake access!

The heated community pool is open Memorial to Labor Day.

Sunny place with great lake view

This is an second-floor condo in a 2-story townhouse on the lake shore. It has huge windows to east and south, so it's sun-filled and has great views -- we were there for Christmas, so the view was of the snowy expanse and a vast frozen lake. (We've been incredibly lucky with the snow this year.) The place is clean, modern and convenient inside, with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with a dishwasher (a big convenience since we cooked our meals), a big table to eat, and lots of couch space to watch movies on a big TV (we brought our own streaming box, though it has Roku; internet/wifi is fast). A reserved parking spot for 1 car is right by the entrance. The place is away from the main road but with easy access; shops and supermarkets in Newport are a 10-min drive, and Jay Peak is 25-30 min. Overall, a great place for a family ski vacation.

Nice condo with heated pool

Loved staying here except it was hot when I arrived and discovered there wasn't any AC. Opened the windows which created a nice breeze though had trouble closing a few of them, must not be used very often. The condo itself was great, the bedrooms, kitchen, living, dining & deck off the main bedroom. Had a great view, saw the sunrise one morning. Enjoyed the pool both nights after exploring the area. Vermont is so green! Had no idea there were so many farms and best of all, so little traffic!! Enjoyed my stay though it rained the last day so we left early.

Gorgeous Lake View

Gorgeous view of the lake. Absolutely loved sitting in front of the open sĺiding deck door feeling the breeze roll through. It did rain alot so we weren't able to sit out on the deck much but we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Spot on a beautiful lake

Everything was just as described. Great view from inside and out on the deck. Comfortable. Peaceful. Sarah is very helpful and accommodating! Loved exploring the Northeast Kingdom. Really everything you need for a nice stay on a beautiful, storied lake.
