Welcome to Jerusalemâs Old City in our amazing duplex right in the middle of the Jewish Quarter. This large apartment is located in a traditional Jerusalem stone house. It has been recently renovated with high end equipments and top quality materials, while preserving the traditional dome ceiling of the living room. It offers plenty of living space for up to 8 people and has a wonderful rooftop spread over 3 terraces with a breathtaking view over the marvels of the Old City.
*The apartment is built on 2 levels. Guests must be comfortable with using stairs during their stay.
THE SPACE
The apartment is spread over the first and second floor of the building.
- Lower level:
Master bedroom: King size bed, large chest of drawers for your belongings, en suite full bathroom with tub.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, full height closet.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and closet.
TV room furnished with a double sofa bed and equipped with a flat screen TV.
Full bathroom with walk in shower.
Office corner with a small desk.
Laundry room.
- Upper level:
Fully equipped kosher kitchen.
Dining area with a wooden table which can accommodate up to 8 people.
Large living room with traditional dome ceiling. It has enough sofas for 8 people and is equipped with a sound system. Access to the rooftop.
Rooftop furnished with lounging chairs, a seating area and a dining area. The top terrace has the most amazing views over the old city.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)
- Baby bathtub: 50 âȘ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 âȘ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 âȘ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 âȘ per stay.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Jerusalem's Old City and all its hidden treasures is right downstairs for you to explore, starting with the historical streets of the jewish quarter. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Kotel (Western wall) as well as Jaffa gate and the souvenir market.
Besides the Mamilla shopping center is a few minutes away for a more modern experience.
Ben Yehuda street and Mahane Yehuda market are about 20 minutes walk.
GETTING AROUND
There is a lot to be done on foot given the location of the apartment. The old city is a complete pedestrian area.
If you plan on using buses or trains out of the old city, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
