The home is located in Brier Crest Woods in the heart of the Poconos! This ungated community boasts large private lots surrounded by woods. It's less than 10 minutes to Big Boulder Ski Resort and Jack Frost Ski Resort.

- This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.
- Must be 25 years or older to rent the property.
- This home is under the Brier Crest Woods community. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed.
- Same-day reservations will incur an additional $25 registration fee by the HOA, which will be collected at the time of booking.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
