We brought our dog and it was great for us and our dog. It was clean and we had plenty of room. We like the deck and the view of the lake. We would have liked better deck furniture. Most of the chairs were cracked. Otherwise it was a relaxing time there

A lake view deck with your pup along is the right way to relax! Thanks for flagging the deck furniture, which we've shared with our team to replace. We'd be happy to have you both back anytime!

Great cozy getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying here - the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and any kinds of dishes you could need, the living areas were very spacious and provided a great place to spend time together, and the views were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Poconos

The house was lovely, well done and well appointed. NIce views of the lake. While we did not use the facilities at Emerald Lake ( lake, pool) we were close enough to Lake Harmony to go out on Kayaks, have lunch and dinners. We had a lovely time.

Xmas week

Very nice property. Would like to have had a better stocked kitchen i.e. stainless steel pans (worn teflon cookware) steak knives were needed. Overall it was a nice stay. Really wish the fireplace was operating, we missed that in the notes.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Catherine! We're glad you had a nice stay overall. We appreciate your suggestions about the kitchenware and will look into adding some stainless steel pans and steak knives. We also apologize for the fireplace not being operational during your visit—it's something we'll make sure to note more clearly for future guests. Thanks again for your input, and we hope to welcome you back!

When we got to the property we had to shovel the front to get in. When we got in everything seemed ok. Once we started there seemed to be issues. We went ti use the jacuzzi and it was not even filled but 1/2 way. So it wasnt working. I had spent over 4 hours filling it by hand from faucet. After filling it the jets still didnt work. Then after that i was walking in the hiuse and the entry from kitchen to living room. The edge of floor is not put on properly and it is lifted and caused me to fall forward on living room floor. Also outside was just a mess furniture you could sit on as it all had holes and was damged. Holes were in the deck. I went to throw out the garbage it was filled to the rim. The house was not looked atfor quite some time. Very disappointed!

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We take anything involving safety in the home seriously, and what you've described has been escalated to the team responsible for the home for prompt inspection. We also understand your broader frustration with the condition of the property, and those concerns have been shared as well. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

An excellent home with a couple glitches

The property is a pristinely updated home. The interior was spotless and provided everything you need for a family vacation. We loved the mini pool table and the basketball game especially. There were a couple of minor issues with the property. The top items were the entire electrical system in the front didn’t work so it made the property very spooky to navigate at night and the bear box was flipped (by a bear) and the property management team didn’t come out to stand it up. Last item, I asked if there was direct lake access and I was told “yes just no dock” and it turned out they meant that you could access the lake from a member only access point. Our goal was to fish from the property and that wasn’t possible. All in all this is an enormous home and can comfortably host over 14 guests. Well worth the cost even without the “direct lake access”.

Spacious, pet-friendly, beautiful home

Modern, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated home with a view of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay in this home as it is spacious with bedrooms upstairs and in the nice basement, which also serves as a fun game room. There are multiple hang out spots for friends and family, including the large deck and backyard. Close to restaurants and harmony lake area. Fully stocked kitchen. And very comfortable beds. Will be coming back to this beautiful home!
