Designer’s Retreat with Tranquil Sunroom & Hot Tub

Experience our bright and spacious designer's retreat, ideal for remote workers and small families looking to stay in the Seattle Area. Our cozy home is just 23 minutes to Seattle center and has all you need for a perfect stay. Enjoy the newly renovated sunroom and welcoming patio equipped with a hot tub, fire pit, and barbeque.

Rental includes garage parking, an integrated sound system, and remote working amenities. We are looking forward to welcoming you to your own Pacific Northwest oasis!

The Designer’s Retreat is fully air conditioned and can comfortably sleep up to seven guests in its three bedrooms. Each bedroom comes complete with high-quality linens, tasteful decor, and tons of natural light. On the top level of this tri-level home, each bedroom has ample storage space and either access to the outdoors via the deck or large windows to allow the sunlight to spill in.

The property contains three bathrooms, each featuring deluxe fixtures. The main bedroom has a beautiful spacious vanity with double sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower with an extra large rain shower style head. For your convenience, we provide toiletries, towels, and essentials like hairdryers and irons.

The kitchen comes fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, blender, coffee machine, air fryer, and mixer. The kitchen also comes ready with all of the dishes and utensils you will need to prepare your favorite dishes. The property also has multiple dining options, with seating for up to eight. The breakfast nook is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the breeze coming in through the deck doors. Or you can make use of the stunning dining room which is perfect for serving the scrumptious meals you can make in the comfort of the kitchen. The sunroom has an additional dining area set for six and the deck is complete with a charming bistro set for two the perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail.

The property boasts a number of areas to relax and enjoy the space. The sunroom is the property's showstopper. The light-filled room is set up perfectly to enjoy the evening sun with a cocktail or to lounge around all day with a book. You can also enjoy the sunroom long after the sun goes down; the gas and electric heaters will keep you warm and cozy. You can unwind in the living room on the comfy couches by the indoor gas fireplace or in the downstairs entertainment area where you can watch your favorite movies and shows.

The Designer’s Retreat features a number of outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the greenery. The main bedroom has a spacious balcony, the deck leads down to the patio and backyard where you can relax by the fire pit on one of the six Adirondack chairs, grill up your favorite dishes, or enjoy the hot tub after a long day. The deck is equipped with a bistro dining set for two as well as with loungers on the lower-level.
The property is well-equipped for all of your needs. There are large televisions throughout the house and a theatre-like downstairs entertainment area with surround sound and 65” HDTV. The house is also equipped with high-speed WiFi, Apple TV, and a Chromecast unit. The property is set up with a whole-home sound system via Wi-Fi voice assistant speakers. There is also a washer and dryer available for use (detergent and softener are provided).
